Very special place - stunning flowers in a magical setting run by creative and kind individuals.

Incredible flowers! I cannot speak highly enough of this company - they make the most stunning floral arrangements and I love their ethos - growing everything locally and a focus on sustainability. They really listen to what you want and care about their work. Thank you Hortus Poeticus!

Hortuspoeticus were fantastic. We worked with them for our wedding last year and they were super at every stage, from helping us narrow down what we wanted to providing the most beautiful seasonal, British flowers on the day. I would thoroughly recommend them!

Have just had an incredible day doing the Hazel Structures course, tuition was superb incorporating far more than I imagined, I learnt a lot. The setting stunning with garden inspo everywhere you looked. The course included a delicious hot lunch. Attention to detail was superb right down to the name badges beautifully decorated with catkins!
Will be looking out for the next course......

Excellent service and stunning flowers. Ordered for my mother in law, ordered via phone and it was all very easy and straightforward. The flowers are in great packaging and arrived looking flawless.

I ordered a hand tied bouquet to be sent, which arrived 5 days before Christmas, as requested, and on Christmas Eve I placed it in the house. The flowers lasted for a further week, and the variety and abundance of flowers, along with natural gorgeous greenery meant it was the star of the show on the Christmas table! I can’t speak highly enough of the flowers and the customer service - truly 5 star

I very rarely write negative reviews, however this was a particularly terrible experience.

Over a month ago, I made some VERY SIMPLE enquiries regarding a workshop. My query and subsequent email wouldn't have taken longer than 5 mins to respond to.

I was told that I would be "telephoned back within 24 hours". No such thing happened.
I followed up again every couple of weeks, and was told similar.
No calls materialised and my email went unanswered.

I rang for a final time today, and was treated rudely and brusquely by Gillian. Absolutely terrible customer service, with an air of arrogance and really dismissive. AVOID!!
