I have bought 2 watchbands so far and they are amazing feels soo soft on the skin and they built to hold timepieces safe. Customer service is also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Due to a confusing naming scheme from my IWC watch, there was an error in the Horus website logic and the wrong size was sent. Given the situation, a very honest mistake in my opinion. Horus doesn't (yet) make the exact size and color combination that I wanted, so I just assumed a straight return and refund. Horus apologized, thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention, fixed the issue right away on the website, and of course sent me a return label. Since they could not exchange my exact product for the correct size, they offered me additional products for any other watches I owned, and/or different colors in the size I needed. They offered me multiple straps for the one that was sent in error. This is not typical of most companies and is an example of great customer service. In addition, the (FKM) straps themselves are excellent, very well made and great looking. Time will tell on wear, but I am very happy with them so far.

I have purchased several straps from Horus straps. They fit and look beautifully on my Rolex’s and Breitling. They provide exceptional customer service and a quality product.

I absolutely love my new strap! Great color and high quality. Most important, though, is the after-sales service Laura gave me. First strap was damaged, their customer service was great they sent me a replacement right away at no charge. The strap itself is great quality , keep it up.
