Simply the best

I’ve been in contact with Dr. Pera since January 2025 while searching for the best surgeon for my genioplasty. Given the complexities of the surgery, I had numerous questions and concerns, all of which Dr. Pera patiently addressed over the course of 10 months. I am meticulous with my research, especially regarding something as important as my face. After consulting with several other surgeons and conducting thorough research, I confidently chose to proceed with the procedure.

The experience exceeded my expectations. The entire team was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure I felt supported and cared for throughout the process. It's been just over a week since the surgery, and my recovery is progressing well. I am so happy with the results!

I hope this review aids others in making such an important decision. I was initially scared and anxious, but I’m incredibly grateful I chose to trust Dr. Pera. He has proven to be an outstanding surgeon, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Life-Changing Experience with Hospitaprime – Double Jaw Surgery & Genioplasty in Turkey

After years of needing double jaw surgery, I was hesitant and fearful to take the first step. I live in London and had been researching clinics for a long time, worried about finding the right team and avoiding common scams. That’s when I came across Hospitaprime – and choosing them was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

From the very start, Mel, the translator and coordinator, was incredible. He responded quickly, answered every question I had (day or night), and was there for me both before and after the surgery. He’s genuinely honest, caring, and there were no hidden costs or surprises. In a country where many companies act as middlemen – booking surgeons and taking commissions – Hospitaprime is different. They are a private clinic with their own in-house surgeon, Dr. Eren Pera, who is highly specialised in double jaw surgery and genioplasty.

I was amazed by how real and transparent everything was. Before committing, Mel connected me with several UK-based patients who had undergone the same procedure. I spoke to them months later, and they were all genuine people with stories similar to mine – all very happy with their results, just like I am now, nearly 4 months post-op.

When I arrived in Turkey, I was treated like family by Mel, Dr. Eren Pera, his wife, and his brother. The care was personal and attentive. They took detailed scans, explained everything thoroughly in our consultation, and showed me what to expect with the outcome. They also took care of additional dental work, like changing old fillings and removing wisdom teeth.

After the surgery, the support was unwavering. Dr. Eren Pera visited me in hospital in his own time to check on me, and Mel was always present. Even Dr. Eren Pera’s brother noticed I wasn’t enjoying the hospital food and went out of his way to buy things I’d like. It’s rare to find such genuine care and dedication.

Four months on, I’m thrilled with the results. My swelling was minimal – gone within a month – and many people can’t even tell I had surgery. Most importantly, all my nerves are intact. I have full sensation in my face, which is not always the case with this kind of surgery. This speaks volumes about Dr. Eren Pera’s skill and precision.

To anyone considering jaw surgery, I can’t recommend Hospitaprime enough. Yes, it may cost a bit more than some other clinics in Turkey, but believe me – for the level of care, skill, and technology you’re getting, it’s worth every penny. Your health is not where you want to cut corners.

I don’t have enough words for these guys. The level of care before, during and after my experience has been astonishingly sincere, consistent and professional beyond measure. I flew out to Istanbul for double jaw surgery after 4.5 hellish years in the British dental pinball machine. To say I was anxious and frightened leading up to this was an understatement. My gut instinct just Knew something about these guys was different; authentic, compassionate, caring and reputable.

I am so happy that I decided to go for it. From the very second I landed, they covered my travel, hotel stay, lifts to and from the clinic and concerned themselves with my ever-changing feelings and expectations throughout the experience. I’ve been to the other side ladies and gentlemen, I’ve sat amongst this great team and seen the momentous difference they are making in people’s lives. The entire team exhibit a humility, grace and thoroughness towards their work that just cannot be taught. It is earned through diligent work ethic, patience and strong moral fibre.

I am still healing and have a long way to go, but I am genuinely thankful I found this practice. They have earned platinum level respect in my books!

To those thinking of going.. do your research, see for yourself, ask them, explain your case and be clear so that they may understand how best to help you. Upon deciding it is the right thing to do.. Trust them and trust the process. It is an anxiety inducing rollercoaster to fly to another country for medical treatment, let these words assure - You will be looked after. Communicate your ideas, expectations and feelings to them as clear as you would a close friend and they will help map out a treatment plan in accordance with your wishes.

I look forward to coming back out to have my Invisalign but until then.. I wish them and their team (the compassionate Mel, the driving cowboy Sharif, the brilliant Dr. Pera, etc) all the best in their careers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Dentist – So Caring and Professional!

A friend recommended this clinic to me, and I’m so glad they did. Everyone here is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients.

I’ve had quite a bit of work done—an implant with bone grafting, a root canal, two crowns, and four extractions (including an impacted one)—and everything healed perfectly. The whole process was handled with such care, and the crowns were matched so well that they look just like my natural teeth.

What really stands out is how much effort they put into making sure your mouth is both healthy and looks great. They truly go the extra mile, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I am very grateful to have crossed paths with Dr Eren Pera and Hospitaprime. I had 4 implants badly applied at a previous clinic, and Dr Eren changed them for me. They had already become infected but he saved my gums by using proper materials.

I also went ahead and got crowns on my teeth to improve their health and how they looked too. I was impressed with the quality of the crowns, how precise but quick the job was and how realistic they look.

Any issues or concerns that I had, Dr Eren and the team were able to quickly fix for me. They made sure every detail was perfect before I left the clinic.

I had Double Jaw Surgery with Dr Eren Pera in June 2024. From our first consultation to now, the support from Dr Pera and his team have been outstanding. I was very nervous before the surgery as I flew out to Turkey alone, the team was very supportive and understanding of my situation and after I had the operation the team were there for me for anything I needed day or night. Nothing was too much for them, I felt very safe and always reassured during the whole process. I can’t thank Dr Pera and his team enough for giving me back my quality of life. Quality Response and the customer service on WhatsApp is sh.... very bad 👎. I send them my pictures for my jaw they said oh I can't see Yr jaw because of Yr beard my brard are very small anyway, then they told me I need to pay then for a video call zoom. Bull S**** . I am currently pursuing a malpractice claim against this surgeon
He did my jaw surgery wrong in December 2023 and then attempted to remedy the initial surgery with multiple failed corrective attempts.
The Jaw surgery he performed, placed my upper jaw too high resulting in both no gingival or tooth display.
He offered me corrective surgery. I have the letters, have photographic evidence and voice recordings.
He has destroyed my confidence and left me completely depressed and suicidal.

I am writing this to ensure this does not happen to anybody else

If it goes wrong you will have no help in the UK and you will spend thousands on legal fees.

Do not use Eren Pera

HospitaPrime has been recommended to me by a friend who has had his jaw realignment done with them.

My initial contact with the team was straight forward and transparent. They responded quickly and answered all my questions in detail. Everything was clear such as the procedures and the costs.

I wanted to have a full restoration as I haven't been to a dentist in years. I knew what needed to be done for each tooth. I wanted a bridge replaced with implants, and all old and existing fillings replaced with new ones. I had a few cracked teeth and teeth that were discoloured and some that were sensitive while eating. And I needed them cleaned and whitened.

I booked a week in Istanbul and was basically seen every day of the week, with a day or two for recovery from the initial stage of the implants. Getting to the clinic is quite easy using the Metro.

Dr Eren works fast and efficiently. He knew where to put in the anaesthetics so that I didn't feel a thing while all the drilling for the implants went on. He tries to save teeth if they're salvageable. He fixes them to make them stronger. There was minimal pain and discomfort. In fact the only painful (but very brief) part was when the anaesthetics were injected.

HospitaPrime is technologically advanced. The clinic has its own 3D model scanning machine so you don't need to go to another clinic. This saves a lot of time and money. Dr Eren takes scans before and after his jobs and is meticulous in the quality of his work. He won't let you leave until he is happy!

I was asked to come back 2 months later as Dr Eren didn't want to attach the crowns to my implants yet. He wanted them to heal properly and make sure it's all fused well into my jawbone. I came back for another week. He didn't need to see me a few days while I was getting used to the new crowns, but there were moments when the bite didn't feel right, or when I had some more questions, and they always accommodated me at every single worry that I have.

A few weeks later, they also sent a message to check how my teeth were doing. It just shows that they care a lot about their work.

Dr Eren isn't just a dentist. He is a maxillofacial surgeon and is an expert at what he does. And his team is amazing, from him to his assistants and his receptionist. They're all extremely helpful and welcoming. The clinic is always clean and spotless; a comfortable safe space. And they really endeavour to give their patients the best services possible.

Also please don't forget to bring cash, whether in Liras, Dollars or Pounds. It's just a lot easier for everyone as the Turkish banking system isn't very efficient in international transfers. I brought cash and I didn't have a problem at all. Total pricing could change a little bit as Dr Eren won't know details of what work need exactly to be done until you get there and are seen by him. So please bring a bit extra just in case.

I highly recommend HospitaPrime. Five Stars aren't enough! Ten Stars! Yes! Im going back for a day or two, after a year of treatment as I only trust Dr Eren to check the state of my teeth! Looking forward to see them all again!

Después de visitar 3 clínicas en Turquía, me decidí por el tratamiento que me ofrecieron en esta clínica por la profesionalidad y la confianza que me inspiraron.

El Dr. me explico que podían hacer para solucionar el grave problema que me habían ocasionado unos implantes mal puestos, además de tener una infección en dos de ellos.
Ese mismo día por la tarde iniciamos el tratamiento, y después de 3 meses lo he acabado.
Solo puedo agradecer al Dr y a todo su equipo, son grandes profesionales, nos han tratado muy bien, han resuelto todas nuestras dudas y siempre estuvieron pendientes de la evolución.

Bir kulak burun boğaz doktoru olarak Dr Eren’le beraber bir çok ameliyat girdim. Kendisinin hem teorik hem de el becerisi çok iyi bir cerrah. Kendisi bana implant ve çok zor bir sinüs lift cerrahisi işlemlerini yaptı. Üç yıldır yaptığı işlemlerle ilgili herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. I met dentist Eren about 1.5 years ago. I had all my teeth pulled. I was going to have implant treatment. However, at the last minute, when my previous doctor told me that they could not place an implant there because there was not enough bone in my upper jaw, I was very depressed. I reached Mr. Eren through my brother. He wanted my films. And he said that we can overcome the problem of bone deficiency in the upper jaw with the "Zygomatic" implant. He made a plan in a short time and placed a total of 11 implants, two of which were zygomatic, in an operation of approximately two hours. About three months later, I got my new teeth. Such a successful performance in such a short time was incredible.
Mr. Eren is a wonderful person who is friendly, sympathetic, loves his job, is meticulous and very successful in his profession. He is also a dentist who cares about his patients and follows up his patients after treatment. The clinic is very well designed, equipped with the latest technology, and is a very hygienic place. His colleagues are also extremely kind and friendly.

Dr. Eren bey diş taşı temizliği yaptı. İşlem sonrasında ağız kokum tamamen gitti ve sonuçlarından çok memnun kaldım. Hijyen kaygısı olmadan güvenle başvurabilirsiniz. Bir hekim olarak kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The overall at hospitaprime was very good. Dr Pera took ct scans and then showed me the 3d model of my current jaw, and then we discussed how much projection i desired. The surgery was very smooth, and took only an hour. Recovery has been fairly painless so far, and dr pera has answered every one of my questions along the way.
