Host.al support is immeasurably better than several other hosts I've worked. A number of times I had difficult issues, and they stuck with me until it was fixed.

I have requested and paid for a transfer of mydomain.camp. Their website processed my order and payment successfully and everything looked good. This morning, I just got an Email stating a refund for 25 Euros has been processed. There were no other emails advising me what may be going on! I logged onto host.al and sure enough, it says: Status = cancelled. I created a ticket asking why and this is the answer:

Dear Sir,

We coldn't not process your request to transfer the domain mydomain.camp. We are not a .camp registrar. We tried some of our providers but it was not possible. The order is canceled and refunded.

Very unprofessional this! If you don't want to accept .camp domains, then just build in an algorithm that checks this when customer is trying to place their order - I mean it's 2024 (not 1995)!

Scam, begs to cancel paypal case to "issue a refund", then blocks you from their site.
