We’ve been using HostBNB.ai for a few months now and it’s taken a lot of pressure off our guest communication.

Guests are getting faster replies, including out of hours, and the responses are generally really well written which has helped us keep the guest experience consistent. It’s also cut down a lot of the repetitive questions our team were spending time on every day.
