i bought a vps 24 hours ago and it is not active yet , I sent a ticket but no response , is this site scam???

bad experience with hostbrr. support states that my server was down due a "malfunctioned motherboard". once the server was up i ran a backup instance, and it remains running for over 12h now. i lost a few customers due this fatal flaw. The company also doesn't take "emergency" support tickets as important. have been waiting quite a bit now. if you want a reliable company, dont use hostbrr.

Found your company at LowEndBox. Been using this cheap VPS box in production for 6 months with no issues. Thank you for the great service.

Slow support, they shut down my website because of a competitors' fake report and they don't even give me an option to take out my files from the VPS.

Avoid this hosting website.

I can recommend and give this hosting 5 star after 1 year of being their customer.
Pros:
— Great pricing, many promotions (you need to find and catch them)
— Very friendly support; most of the time their response is quick
— They really do care about quality of their servers and try to fix any issues ASAP
— Up for discussing personal orders
Cons:
— Sometimes support can be slow (1-2 days to respond)

This is just a personal review from my XP with Hostbrr.
Overall, I'm not satisfied with Hostbrr Support and VPS Management Panel.
- Tickets seem to be stuck on replying forever
- Email sending is very slow: whenever you rebuild the VPS OS, the emails will take a long time to send the password to you (in that case, you have to use SSH keys)
- Network is not so stable (Vietnam-Frankfurt). Sometimes the speed reaches ~8Mbps, then most of the time drops to ~1Mbps and just keep on going ups & downs like that

2 years of service with no problem ...

Hostbrr is a relatively new hosting company (founded in 2023?), but their services and support are pretty good.

Philip is very helpful and always replies to my tickets in less than 10 hours, even on weekends. That's impressive!

This makes me wonder if the team relies solely on him for support. It would be good to know if there's a larger team behind the scenes.

The company is quite active in online communities like LowEndTalk and LowEndSpirit, where they often offer great discounts on their hosting plans.

Moreover, the company is highly transparent, especially with its publicly available uptime status.

Hostbrr provides high quality services for cheap!
I had some questions regarding a vps I ordered with them, and they answered in no time.
If you're looking for good services at a cheap price, look no more, hostbrr is the way to go!

I have little to say, because everything works without any problems.
The only time I've had to contact support (due to a problem of my own), I've received a good response very quickly.
I'm glad I switched to hostbrr!

My experience with Hostbrr is great. Support was quick to respond, their server performance is great, and server pricing is really competitive.
The majority of it is on AMD EPYC CPUs, DDR5 RAM, SSD storage speed is very good and they recently added 10Gbps link speed to some of the plans. I mostly haven't experience any CPU steal, and I haven't had any downtime in my 2+ months of service.
On top of that, their special/flash deals on LET have are amazing.

I had an exceptional experience with HostBrr recently and couldn't praise them enough.
Firstly, and what drew me into using their services was the fast and friendly replies from the sales team. I contacted them to ask some questions first, and unlike some other hosts, they took the time to explain everything that I had enquired about. Secondly, their price structure is very competitive and they have a great mix of plans to suit everyone's needs. Thirdly, I was able to get a custom plan and resources assigned to my account, showing that these guys are more than willing to work with their clients to provide a matching package for their needs.

Cannot believe someone called dahyuk made negative review! Anyways, the services from HostBrr have been amazing to me, really rare downtime, responsive and friendly support, and fast & cheap storage VPS.
Also using web hosting, which is also perfect.
Really recommended.

I found HostBrr on LowEndTalk. Quite a new host but some great pricing on powerful services. Bought a storage server and a 5950X VPS. Fast setup, easy to get started. Had a few questions that support answered within an hour. Cannot fault that. Been using them for 2 months or so and no issues at all! Recommended!

Found this company from a LowEndTalk forum where someone was looking for a cheap webhosting service. When I saw that their first DirectAdmin plan is only 2,50$/year (5,00$ renewing) I decided to buy it and give it a try. After paying the invoice the service was provisioned within minutes. So far the service is holding up great, I use it as an alternative next to my main webhosting plan from an other host.

Later when I was browsing their services I saw that they offer a storage VPS plan in Finland for only 3,25$/m for a 1TB HDD plan with NVMe boot drive. Since I was looking for a more reliable service to host my seedbox on I decided to ask them if they allow private torrenting. They do, and decided to try it out. This was around 6 days ago and so far the VPS is holding up really good with high performance and no downtime.
Their support is also very good and fast. You'll get an answer to your ticket within 30 minutes.

In conclusion I see this company as reliable and trustworthy and I definitely recommend giving them a try.
