Although there is no tronjan infected or similar content on my site, they shut down my site, absolutely stupid bad service

They deleted my 4 tickets when I asked them to provide me backup which I purchased in the plan. THey didn't provided plus didn't refunded and not getting hosting online. they erased data because I was asking them for backup

Hostchilly made the transition from my old hosting provider as simple as possible. They moved the 3 domains I had within half a day. Hostchilly is the worst hosting company that can be found on the net. They have an absolutely null support service that never, ever, responds to incidents.

In addit
ion, Hostchilly and its ip are blacklisted by google, which affects all websites hosted there.

On the other hand, although they say they refund the money in case you are not satisfied, it is not true. They never refund any cent and, directly, they steal what you have paid for a service that you will not receive.
