They remove money from your bank account and ban me when i inquire about the paypal payment references

I had a subscription for 1 month, everything was fine. The last week i canceled my subscription and 4 months later i'm still in discussion with hostdire why they are still reducting money from my bank account every month.

There's no subscription and they are putting everything in my shoes.

This website is not legit and can cause you to lose a lot of money!

Why have you given us 1 star ?
I mean i have given you proof already.
Its clearly your fault, you keep blaming us that payment is not deducted using paypal but card.
You were not even able to find payment in your paypal,
Now i gave you proof that payment came through paypal subscription and you have given 1 star ?
I was prepared to issue refund for your last payment but, this is not very good behaviour from your side.
Now wont help you in this case, contact paypal and recover your money

Edit 2 after response from hostdzire:

Hostdzire claims it's paid via a paypal subscription, but after contacting paypal, they informed me that no payments have been done via my paypal account, they inquired about the paypal payment references, but when i asked it in support, my account is terminated and banned.

Second of all, if someone asks to terminate the subscription in month 1/4. You'd expect it to be terminated inmediately. Instead i've been paying for multiple months without my subscription being stopped. But instead i need to come back every month to ask it again, as the support didn't cancel my subscription

Third of all, your links you posted include sensitive information like my email address. I do not condone you guys to spread my email address and other personal information without my approval...

Hello,

First of all its really unfortunate when some client claim something wrong which was not done by our side at all.

But i will send the proof.
Since client is not giving whole truth i will post it here.

This client has paypal subscription enabled with service he were using with us.
But client said he do not have it at all and started blaming that we took his payment automatically from card, even though he never entered his card info to our website.. still claming.

Later we given him proof that payment was deducted using paypal subscription still he posted review here, and still claiming false.

Because you keep claiming false things and posting it in public, did you asked us before posting such fake story as review?

So we have to give proof here that whatever you are claiming is a lie.
Any smart person will understand easily how you are blaming things.
I have shown you paypal payment log with your name, how come you are saying payment was not came using paypal but I charged your card automatically? Even though you have not entered or saved card in hostdzire.com + we don't even accept dir ft card payment

I dont know which service you took, and what was the actual issue.

You should have given some proof like some screenshots of your claim.

But when i checked your profile here in trustpilot, i see you give 1 star basically to everyone.

This i have posted for other people.
So good people can understand sometimes issue relies on customer side as well.

Excellent Service and Reliable Performance

I have been using HostDZire for my VPS needs and I am very satisfied with the services I have received.

In a previous week, there was a small problem and the support team was very helpful in solving my problem. They also volunteered to transfer my services to a new node in case the problem appeared again which is their a customer clear oriented indication of service.

What I love best is that their node has been steady for a time long and they’ve been very upfront about it. They are a reliable host with excellent customer which service, makes it even more satisfying to host with them.

If you need a VPS provider that focuses on uptime, stability, and quality support, I would encourage you to try HostDZire.

experience was worse

experience was worse , actually after using them for over 6 years , deleted your rdp with all work.

update : they disabled my account for just making review for their services , i actually after this happened i recommend everyone stay away from this site if you need to avoid this

How could a customer stay with a company for 6 years if experience was so bad.

Let me reply whole story:

You failed to pay invoice after 3 reminders, and later when service got cancelled you are blaming us for that.

Your due date: 24/11/2024
Service cancelled on: 27/11/2024

You are just blamming us for your side mistake.
You first tried to get compensation for your fault. then when we did not agreed you gave us bad review without even telling whole story.

Edit: Your account has been disabled @hostdzire because you have not written correct story. you should write that you forgot to pay invoice only after your service got cancelled. and you have no active service with us anymore, so disabling account will just prevent you from ordering from us again, its no loss for you, you dont want to order with us again right ?
