Not refunding me, 5 days now.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from HosterPK. Not only did their hosting fail to meet the standards advertised, but the refund process has been a nightmare.
They just wasted two days more, why you cannot tell me on the next working day that we don't refund on easypaisa why you took 2 days just to say that we don't refund on easypaisa provide bank acc. Lol
I submitted a ticket (#5308443) and had to wait 2 days for a response. When I finally heard back, I was asked to provide my bank account information, which I did. It's now been 5 days since then, and I'm still waiting for my refund (Invoice #647201).
The live chat and ticket support have been unresponsive and slow, leaving me wondering if I'll ever receive my refund. The delay and lack of communication have been frustrating and unprofessional.
I would not recommend HosterPK to anyone based on my experience. Their hosting and customer support fall short of expectations, and their refund process is unreliable.

I want to clarify some facts. You provided us with your bank details on Friday, August 2nd, at 10:46 a.m. Our records show that we processed and completed the refund the same day by 3:49 p.m. We have documented this in our system and have bank transaction records to prove it.
It's disheartening to hear that you feel the refund hasn't reached you, especially considering the swift resolution within a single working day.
Publicly posting these claims without verifying your bank account can cause undue harm to our reputation and mislead potential customers.
Please verify your bank account again. If you find the refund has been received, we kindly ask that you amend or remove your review to reflect the accurate sequence of events. Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated to maintain fairness and transparency.
