Site goes down 3 to 4 times a day from 30 minutes to hours, in the meantime Support and Live chat doesn't respond even they're charging from us for 24/7/365 days support. Hosting is very slow.

Great Experience but call operators do not take call every Second Time

Give Ready Made templates and Registered Plugins in Wordpress. also use updated database version.

I am regular customer since last 6 years and totally satisfy with hosterpk. particularly , Mr. Zaman give me quick and immediate response as and when I required.

Absolutely disappointed with the service provided by HosterPk. Their non-technical support is appalling. My running website suffered downtime due to their sudden server replacement, which was done without any prior notice. Despite opening a ticket for migration and urgently needing the EPP code, there has been no response from their end. It's been almost a week, and my website remains inaccessible. Who should be held accountable for this prolonged outage and lack of support?

Their service is down for the last 5 days. They are not responding to the tickets opened. Their phone numbers are not responding. You wait for them on live chat for hours and no one appears, and if by chance someone appears, they give you a 3-4 hours timeframe. Overall, they have failed to provide quality services and support.

I have been using Q sol for the past year, initially with hosting from Nijasoft, where I never encountered any issues. However, since switching to HosterPK, not even two months have passed without facing daily problems. I urge you to review my email records, as issues persist on a daily basis. Since 16-03-2024, there has been no response from your end, and no one is attending calls. This lack of service is extremely disappointing.

First Time hoster PK support system failed to respond

When I clicked on live chat it kept me hours and hours waiting when I made phone calls both 84 and 85 number not respond.

When sending an Email or a Ticket that deals through auto reply system.

Improve the support system because I have number of domain and hosting with hoster pk.

I have made numerous calls to HosterPK but they are not answering the calls nor replying to tickets. My website has been down for 2 days and the software isn't functioning. Even if they reply to a ticket, they only mention that it will take 24 to 48 hours, which they've been saying for almost 2 days now.

I request everyone to do not from purchasing domain or hosting from them.

Support system is too much bad my site automatically off and i submit ticket they reply in mail that servers are crashed and maintain in 48 hours. I call on helpline many time but they did not attend phone call then i contact them on there website chat and then no one reply there after waiting half hour in line of queue and its happened 2 times and that's wy i posting it because my clients frustrated to my clients think i have no website and i bluff with them but its HosterPK Fault they email me when there server is crashed. cheap hosting services. google map told its permanently closed the business.

Pathetic support and pathetic management. THEY SELL YOUR DATA. I have had around 10 different hostings from 10 different accounts with them and they SOLD all of my CONTACT DETAILS to some marketing company.
