it doesnt provide own domain and server always down after payment so please dont buy any thing from this hosting provider its totally fake. it is waste of time and money also data and no refund option is there

Pathetic service and support
wp upload limit from server side is just 2MB while average size of a theme is 25MB
its been month have raised so many tickets they reponded few but havent resolved them.

I had bought a basic plan including a cloud domain from Hosting Mela on 26 September 2024, the payment for which I had paid in Manas ji's account because he had told me that the main account was closed, for which he had also given me a bill, but till date my domain and hosting service has not started and Manas ji is neither replying to my messages nor picking up my calls since then, please take the trouble of activating the services and talk to Manas ji in this regard.

Their service is not good, you can face server error from everytime, when you contact them they will see your whatsapp message but they wont reply.
They will reply only to new customers or with another new phone number. If we call they wont answer they will cut. If unfortunally they attend the call means, they will say its wrong number but we took the number from website only.
Im facing issue almost 3 weeks, but no response
Just such a cheap behavior, I don't how they serve by cheating people money

Ye log khud ka achha rating dalkar rakhe hai maine inse 3 hosting li par tino ki website nahi chal rahi hai.
Koi responsible nahi hai customer phone karta hai more than 100 time par fir nazarandaz karte hai.
Iska owner Shivam jab isko kuchh sell karna hota hai tab bar bar phone jab payment denge tab nahi uthayenge ghatiya services dekar.

Domain Locked: Hostingmella.com has locked my domain, preventing me from transferring it to any other hosting provider.

Forced Hosting: They are refusing to unlock my domain unless I purchase hosting services from them, which feels like blackmail.

No Service Provided: Despite the locked domain, they are not providing any service as promised.

No Support: The company has stopped answering calls and does not respond to emails. There is zero technical support available.

Unethical Behavior: They outright refuse to release my domain, even though I am willing to move to another provider.

Recommendation: I strongly advise against using Hostingmella.com. Their practices are unethical, and they trap customers by holding their domains hostage. Save yourself the trouble and choose another provider.

First thing is they are affordable that's why I purchased their cloud hosting. Now I am regretting my decision.
Problems with hostingmella:

1. Support, I messaged daily to fix a server error, I message them for around 10 days then they just seen the message. Now you can get the idea. If not believe it, read the negative reviews. Positive reviews are fake.

2. Servers are outdated

3. You will see the domain problem like nameserver, my domain does not show on my dashboard.

4. It has been 4-5 days my domain is yet not activated which I purchase due to client budget. Now I contacted multiple time, they didn't fix the issue that's why I am here to express my frustration. I don't know why their administration not look the problems.

5. Employee's arrogance, they seen my message and will not reply your message untill it is sales or first time customer.

6. If I would be the manager, I would have look closely to these problems because still referral business is the best business. I even not recommend hostingmella from now.

We started using their hosting service since 12th January 2024, First service of their quarterly hosting was good. But issues started from our second time hosting purchase, we faced poor quality hosting and lack of communication from their customer service. The main issues are their dashboard problem. We purchased their services 3 times and made every payment. But they added extra amounts of unpaid services, we tried to clarify them but still they did not fix the problem till now. They don't give reply on time either. One of the worst hosting service in the market. Please don't buy and stop recommending their hosting service. BIGGEST FRAUD!!!!!!

The services are the worst. I bought hosting from them, but it's been so long, and they still haven't activated my domain. I am tired of asking them repeatedly, but there's no response. Do not buy their services at all; your money will be completely stuck, and your time will be wasted because they have no respect for our time. So, no one should buy from them.

I had a terrible experience with HostingMella's hosting and domain services. Despite advertising 24/7 support, this is far from the truth. When I purchased a hosting and domain combo, I expected the domain name to be registered within a few hours, as is standard with other providers. However, it took them over 48 hours to register my domain, which is unacceptable.

This isn't my first bad experience with HostingMella. A year ago, I published my website using their hosting services. A few days later, my website was completely blank. When I contacted their support, it took them 4 days to respond, only to inform me that their hard disk had burned out, causing all client data to be lost. While they apologized, I had to pay my developer 15,000 INR to republish my website. Even after this, the nameserver would sometimes change automatically, and the website often failed to load.

Despite these issues, I decided to give HostingMella another chance after a year, hoping for an improved experience. Unfortunately, nothing had changed. The service and support remain as disappointing as ever.

I have now switched to HostEasy.in and highly recommend avoiding HostingMella at all costs.

I have purchased a cloud hosting pro plan from hosting mella
First of all I have selected my plan and added to cart then continue to proceed for login details I have entered login details like phone no. Address Gmail id And password then i have paid the amount then next to the payment page the was stuck and not happening anything and my user id and password has not created. now i am trying to login in client login page its showing login details incorrect. Please try again.
Now I'm contacting to support team first of all they are replying late after buying service and they said it's all fine you can login in client area but my user id or password is not activated so how can i login

I am Muhammad Junaid, I recently purchased a basic cloud hosting plan. I am facing a 403 Forbidden error on my website "displayjbz.com". And also when I publish a new post on my wordpress website it cannot be posted error is (Failed to publish. The response is not a valid JSON response).
I am contacting your support team but they cannot resolve the issue. Please forward these issues to your professional/expert/technical team to resolve my issue as soon as possible. I attach some screenshot or screen recording in the attachment box for quick understanding of my problem.
