Produto que se enquadra de forma excelente no ramo do Alojamento Local, dispondo de várias ferramentas/módulos (faturação, envio boletins Sef e modelo 30, etc) que, através dos seus automatismos, permitem poupar muitas horas de trabalho.

A solução Hostkit corresponde exatamente às minhas necessidades no que diz respeito à gestão do meu AL e com elevado grau de automatização dos processos (faturas certificadas e respetiva comunicação à AT, preenchimento online dos Boletins de Alojamento e envio automático para o SEF, gestão de reservas, entre outros). Apoio técnico rápido e muito eficiente. Excelente relação qualidade/preço.

Acompanhamento top e resposta sempre bastante rápida por parte da equipa. Recomendo a qualquer proprietário e/ou gestor de AL que precise de ter um software que trate da parte "chata" da operação.

I live outside country and I use Hostkit to steer all legal obligations of my Portuguese accommodations. I don't use a Channel Manager so Hostkit saves me hundreds of hours. The software comes with all the tools I need, such as magic Airbnb import, invoicing, online check-in, SEF etc, is cheap and the people behind it care about support. Great experimence, I recommend.

I manage my own short-term (AL) apartments in Lisbon. I started using Hostkit for over 3 months and Hostkit by far is the best as it covers the automation cycle from online guest check-in (SEF) to sending guests smart lock codes /check-in instructions. Hostkit has reduced my work load and I still maintain 5-star ratings from my guests. I also use Hostkit to generate invoices and SAFT files with a click of a button. Hostkit has reduced my accounting costs and reduced human accounting errors. What is also impressive is the level of support and responsiveness of the Hostkit team who guided me step-by-step and supported me with needed customizations. Hostkit is a 5-star system with a 5-star support.

Clean and super easy web-based software for managing short-term rental reservations from scratch.
Very easy to deal with and in case of doubt a support team that is always there for you has made me feel safe often.
On the laptop you have "the big picture", but I normally use it on my mobile and it works great, which is fantastic to me as I'm always on the move.
Easy to customize options, send to guests to fill in and later on to SEF, prepare invoices plus several automatisms that can be created, plus it has very helpful statistics.
Also, super easy to assign tasks to your team, regardless if they are cleaners, transfers or check-in/out staff.
This said, I'm super satisfied with the service provided. Oh, and their pricing is quite fair too!
