I am using Hostliger since March 2025 and I had a very bad experience with this hosting service, and I strongly do not recommend it.

Their customer support is extremely poor. Most of the time they take 7–10 days just to reply, and sometimes there is no proper resolution even after waiting so long. For any hosting service, support is critical, and this one fails completely.

The server performance is terrible. Even something basic like opening cPanel is frustrating—it automatically logs me out within 1–2 minutes. Managing a website becomes nearly impossible because of this.

On top of that, the server downtime is frequent. The server goes down at least 1–2 times every week, which directly affects website uptime and business credibility. This level of instability is unacceptable for paid hosting.

Another important thing: do not get fooled by the 5-star reviews. Many of them are misleading. The company forces or repeatedly requests users to give 5-star ratings. I was also requested to give a 5-star review in the beginning, which I did—but now I completely regret it because the service quality has gone down badly.

Earlier the service was average, but now it has become very poor. If you are planning to buy hosting based on ratings alone, please be careful. The high ratings do not reflect the real experience.

Save your time, money, and peace of mind—look for a better and more reliable hosting provider.

I bought this service on 5 Dec 2025. Many features don’t work, webmail is not functional, and there is zero customer support. Their support number is not active. This feels like a scam. Think twice before buying.

One Line for Hostliger; Stay Away, Hostliger is a Fraud and a Scammer Hosting Company

I will be publishing a review video on YouTube and filing a case in the consumer forum for fraudulent activities.

Hostliger is one of the worst hosting companies in India. I have been using their services from April or May and the day I purchased the hosting; I started facing issues.

The day I requested migration from another provider, they never looked into my support ticket and responded after 4 days.

Also, they are fooling people in the name of Free Licenses for the WordPress Plugin and Themes. Licenses work but are of no use if the downtime is of 2 to 6 days long.

Hostliger do maintenance whenever they feel is the suitable time. They don't care of anyone. This is their company, and they ask their customers to go straight to the hell.

I faced downtime at least 50 times since I hosted my websites. I lost important email communications and important clients due to the downtime. Database error and unscheduled maintenance is the biggest problem.

Hostliger is a fraud and cheater company, so are the co-founders like Tech Bhavesh who is the face and the promoter of the company. On WhatsApp, they are saying that your refund will be done with compensation and now not even responding to WhatsApp messages and support tickets.

Good service

I purchased a server from Hostliger expecting a stable and professional service. Unfortunately, for the last two days, my server has been completely down. This downtime has already caused me significant losses, as my client projects and ongoing campaigns are directly affected.

What’s even more disappointing is the lack of proper support. Despite raising the issue multiple times, I haven’t received any clear solution, timeline, or proper communication from the support team. For a hosting provider, reliability and fast response are the most basic expectations — and Hostliger has failed on both.

I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot recommend Hostliger to anyone who is serious about their business. If the issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to move all my projects to a more reliable provider.

One of the Best Hosting Service in India. Their customer support is excellent. They reply within few minutes and also solve the issue very fast. You must go with Hostliger.

Hostliger is a very bad option. Because its offers are false I took Hostliger. But I was not given good service. Then I felt that paid hostinger or free blogger is better than taking Hostliger.

Don't fall for it , Once you'll buy any hosting you'll never get reply if you'll face any issue , I am about to cancel by plan with remain validity up to 8 month because They never reply

Extremely Disappointed – Refund Policy Is a Lie

I had taken hosting services from this company after seeing their advertised refund policy. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely misleading. Despite multiple follow-ups and clear eligibility for a refund, they have not returned my money. Worse, they have stopped responding to my emails and support tickets altogether.

This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. If a company can’t honor its own refund policy or communicate with its customers, they should not be in business.

Avoid at all costs.

the service of the company is very bad and non-accountable after payment, they only believe to get the money from the client and not to serve their services properly to the clients . staff of the company is also arrogant and treated miss behave with clients. Company services are very fast and fruitful. I am using its hosting plan and get very fast speed

They do not have any GSTIN number, till they are charging the customers for 18% GST.
I have asked them to provide GST number, they said "Sir the gst claim process is too long, if you share with us which plan you need to buy so that we will not add the GST amount". When I asked again, they asked me to create support ticket to make the process more longer. 12 hours passed, till no reply on the ticket.

Never trust them. Their domain name hostliger.com is also not secure (DO NOT HAVE ANY TRANSFER LOCK or SECURITY) can be stolen in any time, this domain is registered by OwnRegistrar, Inc on 30 september 2025. This company is not even 1 year old.

My suggestion will be, STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES, after few days they will stop replying your message and steal your money.
