ARE THESE SCAMMERS? DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAMMERS!!!!! WARNING WARNING WARNING NO ONE SHOULD BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE! THEY HAVE MULTIPLE WEBSITES. ALL OF THESE WEBSITES THAT LOOK LIKE THEIR SITE ARE ALL SCAMMERS.

I have ordered a BlackFriday special Linux VPS at an exceptional value. Network connectivity is excellent and so far this node has been running smoothly. Support tickets are answered pretty quickly.
The negative:
1) My order was flagged for spam since I use a VPN but after submitting a ticket the order went through.
2) The top area of their website is quite cluttered and irritating with a large banner ad.

I've been using HostNamaste for a while now, and I have to say, they’ve been fantastic. I originally signed up for one of their VPS plans, and the performance has been rock solid. The uptime is great, the speeds are fast, and I’ve never run into any major issues.

What really stands out is their customer support. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, their team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually cares about its customers.

Pricing is also very reasonable, especially for the quality of service they provide. Whether you need OpenVZ, KVM, or shared hosting, they have plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I’m really happy with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable hosting provider.

Poor Service and Misleading Advertising

I recently had a very disappointing experience with HostNamaste. I purchased a VPS from their website, which advertised a specific IP range (142.171.155.XX) as part of the service. However, after completing the purchase, I was assigned a different IP address and informed that the advertised IP range was only available with more expensive plans, which was not disclosed prior to the purchase.

Despite my efforts to resolve the issue directly with the company, including requesting a refund due to their failure to provide the service as described, I faced unprofessionalism and uncooperativeness. The company initially refused to process a refund and only acted after I escalated the matter, threatening to take further action.

The customer service was lacking, and the company's approach to resolving issues was disappointing. They ultimately canceled my VPS and issued a refund, but their handling of the situation was far from satisfactory.

I would advise potential customers to carefully review the terms and conditions and be cautious of misleading advertisements. My experience suggests that the company may not handle service discrepancies or customer complaints in a professional manner.

I had purchased two servers on the provider and without my knowledge account has been terminated.When i requested it on mail Mr Mitesh has not even responded and when i try to call he had blocked my number.Today i had called on my colleagues number and he had picked the call and used the foul language.Kindly dont purchase servers.They are doing scamming,

1) Paid and had to wait for support to get the server from pending to active status... Other providers do this instantly upon payment.
2) They changed the public IP of the server without any advanced notice. "Please be informed that we needed to change the following server's IP address due to the network / server side issues with the data center, we have migrated your server to other host node and change the IP address. However, the server and its data are intact.". 30-day notice would be great, 7-day notice would be good enough, and 1-day notice would be better than nothing... 0 is just unacceptable.

Overall a bad experience, and certainly not "reliable hosting company you can trust".

Its a Great Performance VPS hosting value for money.

Worst experience with support, They are providing backlisted IPs and not even replacing them, also not refunding. Worst experience, just waste of time.
Don't buy any service from Host Namaste.

I never caused any issue, show me screenshot of my any IPs abuse report. I purchased fresh server and hostnamste saying they got abuse report. All your IPs are blacklisted before assigning me, What a tragedy.

Be aware guys and Don't waste your time here in Host Namaste. They are just fooling people.

Wow Great Host Namaste!- Guys see now they deleted my account, I just used purchased the server 2 days back and they haven't refunded me, and *deleted my account*, and attached fake snippet randomly (check date).

Don't trust them guys!!

The IPs come with their VPS are not clean IPs. They're used. Their support are not supportive to issues. It was a Frustrated experience dealing with this company.

Added comment: And watch what they do. They reply after a good number of negative reviews saying they don't have such a client in their database and mark us as spammer. Is this Professional?

Worst experience ever, their VPS is incredibly slow and was offline several times in less than a week! Support was somtetimes fast, and sometimes very slow and never resolved the problem, so I asked for a refund and was offered less than 50% what I had already pre paid for a year, such a huge rip off, incredible! Beware, you could loose money and lots of time and not having any acceptable service! I´M NOT A FAKE PERSON you indian scammer!

Worst VPs I ever had, very slow, lots of downtime, and support never really got it to work for more than 2days or even kess without failure and server offline for hours. Didnt use it for more than a week, not worth the money at all.

I joined for the Windows Shared Hosting plan with SQL. My site uses SQL 2017 and the technicians were not sure how to get it working on their SQL 2012 server. Also DNS was not set properly after I used their settings, and the site was never live. I asked them to fix the DNS and was directed to change the DNS to my own site, which wasn't the solution. After 3 days and two tickets and no fixes, I cancelled the account. I enjoyed using Plesk and their rates were great, it just didn't work out.

I used their Linux KVM VPS for hosting a game server. Never had an issue so far. No downtime and good connection speed. Very good value for money.

These guys are just useless. They don't have any proper service. They behave nicely to you till you purchase their services. No Proper support, even the support replies you instantly they don't resolve your issue. Services are going offline more frequently. Not recommended to anyone.

I can point out that Hostnamaste OpenVZ VPS host is fantastic. If you are looking for shared hosting with great reliability, tools and the best support, then look no further. Easy setup for most features including Wordpress and email. Speedy and friendly customer support for any issues. Great do it yourself problem solving.

I haven't had any problems managing the site and when I needed customer service this was provided immediately as well. Hostnamaste support services are prompt and efficient. They are always sending message about new and upgraded features they add to the standard packages. This hosting provider suits my budget. Good price for KVM VPS solutions - I have awesome uptime, reliability and great speed.

The service has been great, but the customer service is what sets them apart from hosting providers I've used in the past. Customer support always answer my questions with helpful explanation and good recommendations what to do next if the problem exists. Hostnamaste is great web host and their servers in India are very powerful! No issues with viruses or hackers. I get to experience blazing speed, smart routing capability - this what I like the best about their services. Thank you!
