I have been a client for over 11 years…

I have been a client for over 11 years and am fully satisfied with their customer service. In particular, their support team (specially Najeeb, Salman, Brandon) goes above and beyond to resolve issues. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them!

Unreliable Service and Unprofessional Support - Avoid HostNext

**Review for HostNext Technologies:**

We used HostNext Technologies for some time, but the experience was disappointing. Our website was frequently unresponsive and lagging. Despite making multiple complaints, there was no noticeable improvement. At one point, we were advised to upgrade to a faster plan, which we did, but it made no difference.

Ultimately, we decided to switch to a different provider, only to have them refuse a refund—despite their 30-day refund policy. The customer service was unprofessional, and overall, the service felt like a trap. Would not recommend.
