I had a small issue and contacted Hostripples Chat, Garry was solving it super quick and I am super happy with them!

I was needed really cheap hosting for few of my test projects. Hostripples was the cheapest I was able to find, but wow, I was pretty surprised.

First of all, the support has been AMAZING. I've had few bigger questions because of my lack of expertise, but they have helped me very quickly. The support alone has been easily worth what I paid for, but of course, I also got the hosting!

I used the cheapest option, non-WP optimized Linux servers without SSD and I got what I paid for. I was able to run a Wordpress site with many plugins no problem. Most resource intensive plugins, like Updraft, were pretty slow, but worked nonetheless. Really got what I paid for.

I'm sad to move on. I got things running with very small investment and I'm very thankful for that to Hostripples. I would have moved to a better server on Hostripples but sadly didn't find better servers in my country. I'll be hoping to be back one day!

Mr. Garry Is really good person he help me like a god....he chat me with so much patient that I can't explain you hostripple.

They have serious issues with their billing system and staff. The never update invoices status after paypal payments and keep asking for payment several times for same paid invoices over about 15 days.
Contacting them for this dozen of times but clearly they do this on purpose so If you don't keep following they would keep stealing

Very bad I had a problem that they hacked into my site. But instead of helping me fix the problem they went for the most disgusting method of closing my account for 24 hours. . It does not interest them that during this time I am losing customers and in addition. My rating. Google goes down. . Service. On the face do not recommend.

i haven't seen such a supporting hosting providers. I have contacted them all the time through online support panel and almost all the time I got the support and solution as well
