Been with this company for 10 years…
Been with this company for 10 years now. I seldom need to contact Support as there basically wasn't usually need, everything goes just fine, uptime is excellent! And when I eventually need to contact Support, they are usually very helpful and prompt in responding to you. And above all, they are very good pricing for such excellent service

Outstanding online support, a step above all others
When setting up my account I had incorrectly used the wrong email. This compounded many issues with my account. reached out to online support chat and was very quickly connected to Alison. Alison was Excellent with helping correct everything within my account and getting it up and running very quickly. Thank you Alison for your professional and outstanding support.

very annoying hosting
very annoying some agents they dont know what they doing asking 2 irrelevant questions and they will down your site whenever they want , specialy alexander y , lol , hes work like intern , just deciding , to down your site , or what ever he wants to decide ,,, i paid them cryptocurrency , ETH , and in the ledger said its paid ,, but they just told me that they didnt received , they dont even do anything to verify , lol , i will not recommend this , if you want all our conversation from top to bottom i will give it to you and I WILL 100% ASSURE YOU THAT YOU WILL ANNOYED TOO . i will add the screen shot of the EVIDENCE

Thank you for your valuable feedback ! , Please do understand some times the payment gateways which is used to make payment creates technical issues and the payment response does not get registered with the billing system and hence you might have experienced this issue. Though this is rare case, if you have come across this situation you can share the transaction id or screenshot of the payment and our billing team will manually verify the payment and mark your invoice as paid.
