Wow! Everything about the site and experience is great. So many helpful features and easy to use. Tom was super helpful in getting my properties listed and showing me how to use the site.
Even I (who am tech-terrified) could do it. Wish I’d found it sooner.

Host Tools is a system that streamlines the work for hosts. My wife and I particularly like that they not only integrate with Airbnb and VRBO, but they also fully integrate with our personal website so we can now do direct bookings with host tools’ help on the backend. This not only simplifies guest management, but it gives us much more control while increasing our profits.

Host Tools is amazing! I would recommend it to anyone who owns or manages vacation rentals, especially if you want to increase your revenue while spending a lot less time on messages to guests, cleaners, etc. This platform is so affordable and has literally changed my life. I am so thankful that I found it 5+ years ago, and it truly just keeps getting better and better. The support is off the charts, and they even send out thoughtful tips all the time on “best practices” so we can learn how to up our game as hosts. Host Tools is a game changer. A+++++++++ Amaaaaazing!

Great product, Great customer service.

I like it helps to automate messages to guest and I can attach pictures in the automated check in message to guest. But sometimes the app does not work when I send messages to guests, i keep getting network error. Hope this can be fixed. Thanks

Well integrated with Airbnb, VRBO, Houfy and Booking.com. Saves us a lot of time and effort. We switched from OwnerRez and we are so happy. Not as many features but then we didn't use 90% of what OwnerRez was selling either.

Very easy to use and informs my cleaning service automatically when I have a reservation, so I can easily manage my property.

Used to be quite good and affordable, the price increse makes 0 sense.

Hosttools has been an excellent source for maintaining and organizing all booking information. It is a colaolodator of media properties that makes like easier.

Host tools has been very useful in simplifying my work with running an Airbnb.

Recently changed prices with no communication that I can find in my email. Customer service did not help. Watch your bill if you choose to use this service.

Installing Host Tools is the best thing, as I was manually managing 20 properties and very simple to use and set up

The issue was resolved fairly quickly. Hopefully, it is a permanent fix.
