Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort bestellen
Ich habe bei Hotelify Duschgel mit Halterung sowie Mini-Seifen für unser Ferienhaus bestellt und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
Beim ersten Zustellversuch sind die Duschgels leider nicht angekommen, vermutlich gab es ein Problem mit dem Paketdienst. Nach kurzer Rückmeldung beim Kundenservice wurde aber sofort reagiert – ganz unkompliziert und ohne lange Rückfragen.
Die fehlenden Artikel wurden direkt erneut mit UPS verschickt und kamen wenige Tage später zuverlässig an.
Gerade weil es schnell gehen musste, war das für mich wirklich ein top Service. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort bestellen.

La consegna è avvenuta con notevole ritardo, senza che io fossi informato in anticipo. Al momento della mia richiesta di un’offerta, non è stato in alcun modo comunicato che la consegna del prodotto avrebbe richiesto quasi un mese. Questa mancanza di trasparenza è per me incomprensibile e molto deludente.
