Pre booking guidance & options provided were very much appreciated. Post booking service was helpful, the price were competitive as compared to others like booking.com.....they attend my calls multiple times even from Mekkah.

I recently booked my umrah hotels with hotels in Makkah.com and the prices they have are absolutely low compared to agents.

Since it was Ramadhan, the crowd at Makkah was huge and we had to walk across a few steps to reach haram as most gates close before adhaan.

I appreciate the team at hotelsinMakkah.com for helping me book hotels at the very last minute although most portals showed the rooms sold out in last 10 nights Ramadhan. The entire process was quick and easy.

Swissotel Makkah is not a hotel, it’s a money-hungry business that preys on pilgrims! I needed to change my check-in dates due to health reasons, but the hotel refused, hiding behind their so-called “booking policy” that I supposedly agreed to. In reality, this is just an excuse to force guests into booking the full 10-day Ramadan package for 54,000 SAR per person, even if they don’t need that many nights. This is nothing but pure greed!

The worst part was dealing with their so-called “reservation team.” These are the most unhelpful and cold-hearted staff I have ever encountered. Especially the manager, Anas – an absolutely indifferent, robotic woman who has no empathy for guests or their circumstances. If this is the kind of person Swissotel Makkah employs, then this hotel is rotten to the core.

The only two people who showed any professionalism and kindness were a girl at the reception and a guy named Abdullah. They were patient and understanding, but unfortunately, they had no authority to make decisions. Everyone else was nothing more than a roadblock, offering empty excuses instead of real solutions.

People come here to perform Umrah, but Swissotel Makkah only cares about money. Even when health is at stake, they refuse to show any flexibility. There is no respect, no service, and no care for guests—only greed and exploitation. If you want to save your nerves, money, and dignity, stay far away from this hotel!

Nawarat Al Shams 3 Hotel

The hotel is nice and clean. It is close to the Masjid.

If you don't like noise, do not stay in this hotel.

I stayed 7 noisy nights at this hotel. The sounds of fans and transport will keep you awake all night.

I didn't want to say more. But I booked my room from 16th till 24th February. Unfortunately, when I went to the hotel on the 16th of February they told me that they were fully booked for this date and had given me a room at another hotel for one night. The other hotel was in front of Nowrath Al Shams 3.

Well, the room is new though the room size is very tight for 4 beds. The bed size is very small as well. They have turned 3 beds room into 4 beds.
