Hot Golf are a fantastic company and I have had many orders and great products from them. I put an order in recently for Vice Pro golf balls one dozen refurbished,of the one dozen only 3 were Vice Pro’s, I don’t play Vice Pro Soft or Vice Pro Plus so the other 9 will not be used. Will just order direct from Vice in Germany in future. First time I have ever had to complain about a product from Hot Golf.
I contacted Hot Golf and spoke to James. I informed him about the fact only 3 of the golf balls were VIce Pro’s. He sorted this out for me and also said he was contacting the supplier.👍 Very prompt resolution, professional and very helpful.

Ordered 2 doz balls on 10th March for a golf trip with 48 hour delivery. Got 1 doz 5 days later when I was in Portugal. The other half sent a pic of the invoice and written on it in ink was "to come" next to the missing ad333s.
Got home on the 18th having had no further communication from Hotgolf, so sent a message through their website, it was quickly replied to with an apology and the balls turned up the next day.
I'd read the reviews before ordering so was aware delivery times and stock are seen as fluid with this company but the prices are good and it was quickly sorted. So I'd probably use them again.

I've been in the store twice with cash in my wallet but found the staff rude and ignorant so I'll be spending my hard earned elsewhere.

I have reviewed HOTGOLF before and I have just purchased a Motocaddy M1 DHC. Cheapest price by far and ordered Wednesday, delivered Friday in time for weekend golf. Excellent Service, Price and products.

Very impressed with customer service. I ordered a Taylormade bag and it arrived within less than 24 hours, the price was over £30 cheaper than American Golf and Hotgolf included 3 x Srixon AD333 balls as a gift. First port of all every time when I want golf equipment!

Ordered on a sunday and it took 3 days until i recived confirmation.
Then i was told it was going in 2-3 days.
after 9 days i was told they was to busy at the shop and havent had time to update the website,so my shoes was canselled and money refounded.
Amateurs.
UPDATE: i got an e-mail were they offered me 50% discount on any other pair of shoes.
Thats respect.
i wrote back i allready have all sheos i need.
They responded by sending me free golfball Titleist PROV1X to Norway.
Thats what i call best customer service ever.

I popped in while passing looking to treat myself for Golf watch had good customer experience purchased Garmin S70 very pleased with it & nothing too much trouble will certainly go back & purchase anything golf related

There was a problem with the order going missing in transit and Hotgolf did everything they could to resolve and eventually resent the parcel at their expense. Always great prices and great customer service.

Ordered a replacement iron from a large brand who made a mistake with the customisation. Hotgolf after sales service was excellent: the problem was immediately escalated with the manufacturer, I returned the club and within a few days a new correct club received. Friendly and efficient service and highly recommended.

I purchased a PK golf bag which developed a fault after a few months of use, I contacted the customer service team and was very impressed by their response. Contact at every step with reassurance that they would ensure I was looked after. Their speed of reaction when it looked like I would have to buy a new bag was outstanding, they arranged for a bag to arrive by special delivery within 24 hours.
Special mention must go to Jess who looked after the situation perfectly. Thank you.

I purchased a push golf trolly from Hotgolf and over a few weeks it became clear it was faulty. Obviously a manufacturer fault and not Hotgolfs. I contacted Hotgplf’s customer service team and they immediately owned the issue and kept me updated with all communication back and forth with Motocaddy. I’ve now had my replacement trolly and am very pleased with it. The customer service I have received has been excellent. They’ve been nothing but friendly and answered any emails quickly. I cannot recommend Hotgolf enough. I will continue to use them for purchases going forward.

I updated as Hotgolf did eventually get this sorted for me. Although I missed out using them at 2 tournaments due to the long wait but we got there in the end. Not really how customers spending so much money should feel but it is what it is!!

Another order and another issue. This time over £1000 order of Irons which i spec'd at min D1 - max D2 and they all come in at D0! I also wanted the lie flat and it is standard. What's the point of custom build if you are going to ignore what is wanted?
Its not like it's difficult to put some tip weights in at build for the inflated cost of modern clubs.

Slow delivery, failed to tell me the club wasn't in stock when I ordered. It took 12 days to arrive when they offered a 24hr service which I took up! They use DPD and a PIN system that meant I had to take a day off work to get the parcel delivered. I will not use this company again!

I ordered a new set of Ping irons, best price by some distance, spoke to very helpful staff and clubs delivered within the week. Used Hotgolf on numerous occasions always with great customer service.

Ordered a golf bag and there was a problem with the courier through no fault of the seller. Called in and the lady was extremely helpful and send a more expensive bag out on next day delivery at no extra cost. Brilliant service. Couldn't ask for more Buy with confidence.

Bought a new set of Callaway Rogue ST Max Irons in 4-PW. would have gone with American Golf but Hotgolf was the same price and had the option to pay 3 monthly instalments with Klarna, which is more convenient for me so swayed my decision. I tell you what though Hotgolf's 24HR delivery is no joke. it was actually pretty much bang on 23 hours after i clicked pay that they then showed up at my door with DPD. Packaged very compactly and securely too. Genuinely cannot find anything to fault these guys on - maybe just the fact that they don't have any jobs going??!!

Great Business, I buy all my clubs and golf clothing here - super knowledgeable staff, great setup for custom fittings and genuinely the best prices!

I purchased a pair of FJ shoes. Unfortunately they were faulty after I had worn them for a few rounds. The team at Hotgolf made sure the process of returning the shoes to FJ and getting a new pair was as simple as it could be.

I will continue to use Hotgolf knowing if there is a problem they will sort it out.
