Ich hatte eine Auszahlung von 1.000,- EUR. Diese wurde einfach storniert und die Balance gelöscht mit der Begründung ich würde einen VPN benutzen und ich hätte gefälschte Dokumente zur Verifizierung benutzt. Das trifft beides nicht zu. Finger weg von dem Casino!!! Sollten sie was gewinnen, werden Gründe gesucht um das Geld nicht auszuzahlen.

Don’t play here, first times they paid out my withdrawals then all of a sudden I got an email that I breached with there terms, and they removed the 1880 euro from my balance.
Mind you I was verified, didn’t use a bonus, and didn’t add any extra money or played games in between, so the money that they confiscated was from the same winning as my first withdrawals that were approved. So it’s bullshit. I read here that more people received the exact same email, so stay away here! Because if you win a nice amount they will never pay you!

2) Deposited money
3) Did few bets on basketball. No fixed games - saw some value in few of them
4) Some bets won, some bets lost, but i was +200eur after all of them finished (approx 7-8 bets in total)
5) My account was instantly limited
6) When i tried to withdraw winnings, they confiscated all of them without any clear explanations about my possible wrongdoing

They make this very uneasy. I only can close my account maximal 1 month. With a form i have to fill in
So i have to fill in every month a pdf file to keep closure. Thats redicoulous. I want permently closure.
