Hourglass Digital レビュー

We engaged Hourglass Digital to implement an AI chatbot on our website, and the outcome has exceeded our expectations. Delivered in under two months, the easily-trainable chatbot is now an integral touchpoint for customer interactions online - handling sales, product, and service enquiries with ease.

Finlay was outstanding throughout the project. He distilled our business needs into a clear plan, which he then executed with aplomb. His intelligence, switched-on personality and professionalism, made the collaboration a truly enjoyable one.

We highly recommend his expertise and services.

Finlay and the team at Hourglass Digital were fantastic from start to finish. They led a genuinely technical project to build an AI chatbot for Schweigen and handled every stage—discovery, design, training, integration, and rollout—with clarity and care.

What stood out most was how quickly they understood our customer journeys and product nuances. The bot now answers common questions accurately, routes complex issues to the right humans, and has taken real pressure off our customer service team. We’re seeing faster responses, fewer repetitive tickets, and happier customers.

Communication was spot-on: clear timelines, proactive updates, and practical recommendations (not just “tech for tech’s sake”). Integration with our existing systems was smooth, the documentation is thorough, and their post-launch support has been responsive and thoughtful.

If you’re considering an AI assistant but worried about complexity, Hourglass Digital is the partner you want. Smart, reliable, and genuinely invested in outcomes. Highly recommended.

Hourglass Digital did a fantastic job assessing and integrating AI into my business ( where it made sense) to make me more efficient. I have wanted to adopt AI technology for sometime but I don’t have the time or the ability- not my core strength. The consulting process was well executed and I am very happy with the improvements. I highly recommend them to any business. Edwina - Nutririon 4 Performance
