I do not often write reviews, but feel I had to give some feedback to what I consider great service (maybe its just me getting old).
My initial contact with this company on a question about delivery, was answered politely and professionally, it was so unusual to receive the answers I did that I followed up with an order.
This was followed with constant up to date information as to when it was being delivered. On the day of the delivery you are able to track the status of where the delivery is and where your delivery is, with a time frame.
At the point of delivery the driver was extremely polite and courteous, the item was very well packaged and the item protected.
Assembling the legs to the chair was a doddle, but clear instructions were also given, and again there was evidence that this was a company that cared.
Overall, we were extremely pleased with our purchase and pleasantly delighted to find that there is still some customer service and value, in what is really a cold digital world.

The delivery van arrived about an hour before the scheduled time, though the delivery time on the tracking app did keep varying throughout the day. In the end, I was able to get to the property just in time to receive the delivery before the van left without delivering.

I was not sure I want to buy a large expensive kitchen appliance from a small seller I have not used before. I ultimately decided I will go ahead based on some reviews that were positive. At the end I got a smooth and easy buying experience, timely shipment and delivery of the correct product at a competitive price and no need to contact customer support. Houseko were very understanding when we reported that the Gas Hob we had bought was damaged prior to delivery and replaced in a speedy manner. Their customer support was excellent in dealing with the matter and with a utmost courtesy. The lady named Marta was exceptionally good.
