Would have liked to speak to someone by phone but no tel number available.

Ordered a shower set from House of Enki and was impressed with the quality. Delivery was fast, installation was simple, and the finish looks great in our bathroom. Would definitely use them again.

Had a problem with a tap purchased 6 months ago. They responded very quickly and have arranged to send the part free of charge. I expected to pay for the replacement so the after service is first class

I found the perfect part for my shower and the team helped me pick it out by email fast. They sent it within a day and I got it right on time. The instructions were clear and made things easy. My installation went well and it felt good to deal with real people who care. I feel confident I’ll come back when I need more kitchen or bathroom fittings.

House of Enki have been excellent at supporting us with a recent repair to our shower. Not only did they take the time to follow up on several email queries to ensure that the part we required would work but also, when the item was not delivered by Evri post after 10 days of waiting, they resolved the issue by sending out the required item again, first class so that it arrived at our house very next day. The part itself resolved our complicated repair. Their kindness and support throughout was certainly in contrast to our local plumbing suppliers and bathroom specialists. We shall certainly use this company again and recommend them without hesitation.

I was missing a part for my Douche that the plumber had lost. I sent Enki a picture and they provided the part at a reasonable cost within 3 days! perfect service.

Basin mixer taps all ended up corroded at the base-- apparently only a one year guarantee on 'finish' which I personally think is representative of 'cheap goods' otherwise they would offer a longer commitment to the customer. They are taps after all and should be water resistant shouldn't they ? No refund ,allowance and not even an apology. I was going to use Enki again but not now.

Purchased the Downton thermostatic shower set and used it less than 5 times in three years. The product has cracked and the shower head seals completely gone making it unusable. Water sprays everywhere.

Further more the 10 year guarantee promoted on the website is a total scam. On the product page is is described as a comprehensive guarantee covering the SET. However Enki claim it only covers the mixer and EVERY single other item on the shower is excluded.

The product is total garbage. DO NOT PURCHASE and do not buy from this company.

Advice given was superb along with speedy delivery. Couldn’t ask for anything more

Exceptional service! I ordered a wrong part and asked if I could return it for credit against the correct part (even though it was my mistake). There was no hesitation and the replacement part was shipped promptly. I can't fault the service and I would definitely use them again.

Just been told its only got a 12 months guarantee when a good quality brass waist should last for decades

They sent me 3/4 inch female to 1 inch male shower connector. Not as I ordered 1/2" female to 3/4" male.

I did email them twice and got no respose back.

I had to Google them to find a phone number to call them. That was a waste of time. I first selected support and got an pre-recorded message telling me to email them and that the email would be answered within 24 hours. Well I knew that to be rubbish. So I called again and selected sales. It rang out and then I got a pre-recorded message asking me to leave my name and phone number and that they would call me back - they never did.

So I now own a piece of chrome junk that is of no use to me and which cost me over £10. Thank God I never ordered an £8,000 bathroom suite from them, which we were thinking of doing - we were saved by the bell on that one.

Very poor service - couldn't have been worse. So I was pleased to receive an email from them asking for a review. Now that I wrote that I decide to copy it to TrustPilot to warn other potential customers.

Were very helpful in getting the correct part this time . Much better than my last contact with them .

What a joy to deal with, from the communication after purchasing to dealing with my refund, as the items I bought in november 2024 were unsuitable for what I needed, they were professional throughout, didn't try to dissuade me from returning the item, didn't try to reduce the refund by adding a bogus handling charge, truly a joy, I don't understand why their pilot rating isn't higher, thank you.

Really easy to source replacement spout at a reasonable price. Arrived within 2 days.

Appalling quality goods, with terrible customer service to back it up! We kitted out a lot of our bathroom with this company, and wish we hadn't. The list of complaints is long, but within months of installation "the rain shower head" was roughly 50% blocked up, so there was no pressure for the rest of the water. I complained to the company, asking for advice or a replacement - they gave neither and effectively said the problem is the water! We live in London, so that will affect a lot of people!
Then the temperature tap on the shower broke off. Again they deny any culpability.

I ordered a shower head and rail through B and Q. It arrived very fast and on first glance the product looked great. When it came to fitting the rail it was missing a part. I contacted B and Q who told me I would have to contact the seller directly. I have emailed them twice and still heard noting back. They also don't have a contact number for you to call on their website. It is such a shame that we have had this experience and are still without our part!

Customer service had a quick and helpful response to my query and provided a solution straight-away.

After refurbish my bathroom now i have to spend another 3000 pounds just because those buttons are not waterproof...

I ordered quite a lot from this company and it's not cheap to do so and the quality is not even that good. My fitter ended up pushing me back by over a month so I had all the items but hadn't unboxed them yet.

Once unboxed I could see there was 2 dents in the shower hose and it was really ruining the premium vibe of the bathroom. I emailed them to explain and they just sent me the link to a new shower hose and told me to purchase it for £20.

Out of principle I will not purchase this from them. It arrived faulty and damaged and fair enough I didn't read the small print to know id need to let them know that within a 30 day period, but I was buying multiple bathroom items and didn't think to open them before the fitters arrived one month later. I told them though as soon as I knew, and I sent them picture evidence and explained the situation. Clearly the item had arrived faulty.

The shower hose is on their site for £20, meaning it likely cost them £10 (if that) so for the sake of just £10 they would prefer to lose a good customer AND receive all the multiple bad reviews I will now be giving them. It makes absolutely no business sense to me!
