The Italian girl who dealt with removing wax from my ears was excellent, caring and informative with a very professional attitude

Attended the Edinburgh clinic today with ongoing issues with impacted wax which had started to affect my hearing.
Amy was very welcoming and professional. Explained the whole process and cleared the issue effectively and with zero discomfort.
Lovely clinic and all staff I interacted with were excellent. Would highly recommend

I came to see Stuart for the first time for an annual review. He has many years of experience as an audiologist which shows but he also maintains an interest and passion for the job and is very deaf aware making for clear communication. He provided a service and was not pushy in selling new products, some are unfortunately and give the profession a bad name, thankfully the House of Hearing has risen above that strategy with the focus on client welfare.

I had some pairing issues and was invited into the clinic by Stuart. My problem was solved within 15 minutes, with the usual high levels of efficiency.
I have severe bi-lateral hearing loss and have been a client of HoH for almost twenty years and have never once experienced any issues which have never been solved very quickly.
I am always seen by Stuart, whose knowledge and professionalism are beyond reproach. His understanding of the daily issues and difficulties faced by the hearing impaired, and the requirement for the right adaptations, is indeed impressive.
This company are the epitome of person centred customer service. Look no further, I highly recommend.

I went worrying I might have damaged my ears by poking with a cotton bud. I was quickly reassured and was given suction treatment for the removal of wax.
Mara was kind and took time to explain procedures; it was money well spent and I will have no hesitation in consulting H of H in future.

Very good experience. The nurse, a very pleasant lady, explained everything before and during the procedure and about the necessary aftercare too.

Went through lots of settings and fittings and tried a couple brands, nothing was too much trouble.
Perfect fit, perfect settings and David really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for me.

Left ear was blocked and called them to get an appointment and got an appointment that day as a cancellation. The receptionist was very nice and Mara who did my ears was very helpful and nice as well. Really helpful and got my ears done in 15 minutes which was good. I Usually go once a year. Would recommend.
