Unfortunately the very expensive hearing aids you have supplied simply do not work to the point where I cannot use them as the sound is so distorted that I cannot understand anything that is said. This is very disappointing and particularly so because I am now at home in Spain and do not return to Edinburgh until October. I am desperately keen to have functioning hearing aids and hope that when I return to Edinburgh you will be able to provide this service as you have promised.

Simple wonderful service

Friendly service and a quick turnaround for my ear plugs

I was able to get a prompt appointment and was provided with efficient, helpful and courteous service.

Robbie the Audiologist very carefully explained,once more,how to change filters and why I should be wearing my hearing aids longer.
He also showed me,again,how to use my phone with them.

Couldn't be happier with my new hearing aid!
Went through lots of settings and fittings and tried a couple brands, nothing was too much trouble.
Perfect fit, perfect settings and David really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for me.

Left ear was blocked and called them to get an appointment and got an appointment that day as a cancellation. The receptionist was very nice and Mara who did my ears was very helpful and nice as well. Really helpful and got my ears done in 15 minutes which was good. I Usually go once a year. Would recommend. I never used to looked forward to audiology appointments before, but I genuinely look forward to my appointments with Daniel because, as a hearing aid user himself, he totally 'gets it'. His personal experience coupled with his expert knowledge makes him the perfect audiologist!

Very thorough annual hearing check and test. Improved my existing hearing aids immensely. We were very pleased with Ashley our new audiologist who explained everything clearly and was very professional.

I have been a patient at Hearing Matters for over 30 years. My recent appointment was at the Knutsford clinic where I met Lee for the first time. He listened very carefully to my experience with my hearing aids and took a detailed history. He then gave me a hearing test and tested my hearing aids as I felt they were no longer working as well as they used to.
Lee suggested I try some new aids for a week, and then decide if they are an improvement.

Lee was very friendly and professional. He spent a long time listening to me. I would recommend Lee and Hearing Matters unreservedly to any one having trouble with their hearing.

I have been highly impressed by the service from Dove. From the first evaluative meeting through the three subsequent appointments, namely fitting, tuning and then retuning, the audiologist has been highly professional, purposeful and friendly and the outcome is most satisfactory. It is the care and time given to fine tuning the devices which makes all the difference.
