They need to improve their customer service in terms of how they can be contacted there is no contact number and no contact email. You can only contact them by a form on the website which so frustrating as I still have not received my order and it’s been over a week now. And when I requested for refund they told me I need to wait for them to go back and forth with Evri. I still have not received my refund also.

Having purchased a patio set via BQ it was coming directly via house of home . On delivery the package was badly damaged via the courier. I contacted house of home and they told me send pictures, which I tried doing. Their web email address is incorrect and then again I was given another incorrect email by customer service. Thereafter the lack of response and customer care given was not acceptable. Even today almost two weeks later they are unable to provide a courier to collect my damaged patio set . Avoid this company at all costs.

Extra strong clothes rail. This is the second 5 foot one we have bought. Holds more than our wardrobes did. Shelf on top ideal for clothes that don't need hanging. Shoe shelf underneath. So, so easy to put together. Highly recommended product.

Bought a clothes rail from these people and it was missing the correct part i asked for the correct part and they just ignored it. Next step manchester county court small claims.

Loving my new clothes rail, especially for the amazing price!!! I was a bit perplexed at first when putting it together, then I read the instructions and all made sense then 😀. Shame I can’t add a photo to show you, but please take my word for it, a sturdy, durable lovely clothes rail - thank you ☺️
