Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone, no one is on the chat on the website & no reply to my email. Extremely frustrating for a simple yet important question.

I was having a hard time finding HP901…

I was having a hard time finding HP901 cartridges at the store. I got online and some how came across your ad and was checking out the prices, and felt this was the answer to my problem. So much easier to order online, your prices are reasonable and delivery is only a few days. I really appreciate this because it saves me on time and money. Thank you for your services.

I have tried to contact this company…

I have tried to contact this company through all of its contact points - but to no avail.
I've left messages on their voicemail and I've used that text/chat capture system on their webpage. They do not respond.
If the company cannot or will not respond to a simple web query (concerning one of their products), how do you think it is going to go when you have a problem with an order. I've noticed that many people in the forum (reviews) had a malfunctioning cartridge or received the same color ink or did not receive an ink cartridge and it seems that they simply didn't do anything about it - because the ink was cheap.
I don't feel that way - I like to know that a company stands by its product and is responsive to customer queries and if necessary, a customers complaint.
