Horrible experience, never buying again.

jacket was “lost in transit”, company said to file a claim with the bank but couldn’t get my money back. apparently my money is “suspended” within the website’s pay method so they don’t have to refund.

Ordered a leather jacket a month ago now. Never recieved the product of even a shipping confirmation and I cannot find a way to get in touch with customer service.

I received an order confirmation and nothing more. No shipping notice, no jacket, no updates. And no way to figure out what happened to my order on the website.
Oh, but they did send a request that I review them!

Ordered a hoodie with the logo “Supersonic” from the brand Enrage - I thought I would receive an original because it was expensive…. and it’s not even anything close to the original or photo they used! Now they’re not answering on email now that I want my money back… THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!

I have sent order No 8623, paid money and can't receive the jacket.

Since placing my order I haven’t received any information or update nor even tracking information which is very unprofessional I’ve also sent numerous emails to the customer service email and no response the money was taken from my account already payment processed and I haven’t even received a receipt for the order I am very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service

Ordered a stussy hoodie, paid top dollar for a stussy hoodie. Recieved a low quality (possibly used) hoodie with a Stussy sticker on it.

Give me my hoodie now! Now! I mean it i show no mercie and i think you scam me. I want my hoodie now, i’ve paid so much money and Im poor

I ordered a Pink Palm Puff sweatshirt for my daughter. It came, but is not a genuine Pink Palm Puff sweatshirt, it’s a knock-off.

Fake dupe of Pink Palm Puff sweatshirt. Copyright & design infringement. Total rip off for the price they charge. Bad customer service as well. DO NOT BUY.

I wasn’t satisfied with the product, contact to customer service was easy, they replied quickly and solved my problem.
