I am so upset with this company
I am so upset with this company â they clearly donât care. I bought an item in Miranda, but the store is now permanently closed and the item needs to be replaced. I have emailed the head office, but they still havenât responded to me. I also called the Castle Hill store, but they canât help me because the head office isnât doing their job. Itâs so frustrating, especially since my item has a 10-year warranty. Can someone please help me? I am so tired of trying to chase them and never get any problem solved.
