I love the company and the product
I love the company and the product! I have just tried their water-based lube, which is much nicer than the stuff I used before. With that extra bit of care in packaging and presentation, it's just perfect!

Customs charges on your worldwide delivery
HOWL claim worldwide delivery but you did not warn me that I would be charged customs duty on my order.
BREXIT is obviously causing problems when exporting to Europe. When I complained about the extra charge HOWL were surprised and supported me. Great understanding service from HOWL
