I had a brilliant experience buying from Hoy Motors. Michael was so friendly and patient, answering all my detailed questions over the phone and even checking the electronic service history at my request. When we went for the viewing, Michael was on holiday, but he had arranged for his apprentice, Dean, to look after us. Dean was fantastic and walked us through all the on-board vehicle settings and features, even making us a great Ninja cappuccino! Pickup was incredibly smooth. Michael had sorted a six-month RAC warranty and even threw in an alloy wheel as a spare! My Mini Cooper runs like a dream. A total pleasure from start to finish!
