Really impressed with HP1 so far. I’ve noticed a clear boost in energy and focus throughout the day without any jitters. Feels clean and consistent - definitely one I’ll keep using.

HP1 is now part of my daily routine. Since trying out HP1, especially in the afternoon after lunch, I've found myself being significantly more focused in a clean way that's not too jittery like energy drinks or coffee.

There was a short term effect and then also a long term positive effect. Highly recommend this to everyone.

10/10, product is clearly working with instant impact but even just three weeks in I am noticing the benefits of the other ingredients like bacopa. I seem to have more energy generally. Can't wait to see month 2s results.

Bought HP-1 to help me lock in at work and push harder in training sessions. It delivers on both!

Focus is noticeably sharper, energy stays consistent without the crash you get from most stuff, and performance genuinely improves.

I've tried a few things in this space and this is the one that's stuck.

Literally just abit of caffeine in a pill. It is an actual con and the statements they make about 'focus' but its no different to a coffee. The influencers behind it are also con artists.

As an Assistant Head of Behaviour in a large secondary school, my days are intense and full-on. Between managing behaviour across the school, supporting staff, and juggling a busy family life (plus a dog that still needs walking!), staying focused and energised is essential.

Since starting HP-1 supplements, I’ve genuinely noticed a difference. My focus throughout the day has improved and my energy levels are much more consistent, which really helps in a role where every day is unpredictable.

I feel sharper in meetings, more productive during the school day, and better able to stay on top of targets and priorities. It’s also helped give me the headspace to think more creatively and bring new ideas into my leadership role.

For anyone with a demanding job and busy life, I’d definitely recommend giving HP-1 ago.

I noticed a tiny bit of an “enhancement” during workouts HOWEVER I noticed a massive decrease in Mood & SLEEP!!
I have only had less than half of the packet & since stopping, my mood & sleep have drastically improved..

Didn’t give me more energy , gave me insane migraines , as soon as I stopped taking the pills, I was back to normal

Doesn’t do anything, felt no different taking hp1, then once I stopped it I had a major crash and was before tired and drained than before it

Overall I would say the ordering process, communication and delivery was slick. I’ve been taking the product as directed and can say this. In the size of the capsule, the creatine is wasted space, if this is a Nootropic we need other ingredients. In terms of effects, I would say, slightly calm, the ratio of caffeine to L-Theanine needs to be adjusted based on the evidence. Replace the Creatine with other researched ingredients.

Overall the product does increase alertness, focus is heightened though I found it difficult to focus on one thing or task. I did see increased heart rate. I’d give it a solid 3 out of 5 and there is room for improvement so not bad for a 1st iteration.
