TAS-CHA is an all-in-one work management SaaS built for professionals who run several client engagements at the same time - lawyers, labor and social security attorneys, certified public accountants, consultants, project managers, sales managers, system engineers, construction and design professionals, and video production creators. Key features: - Project-based business chat with read receipts, quoted replies, mentions, folder hierarchy, and full-text search - Task management designed for parallel client work: multiple assignees, start and due dates, subtasks, FS/SS/FF/SF dependencies, and board views - AI task generation from meeting minutes, chat threads, and documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text) - AI file summarization with chapter-level structure and jump-to-source - Gantt charts with cross-project views, critical path calculation, and delay highlighting - Meeting minutes with real-time co-editing, approval lock, and SHA-256 tamper detection - Automatic file collection with version control and full-text search - Scheduling with Google Calendar integration - External client invitations scoped to a single project, with separate edit and view permissions TAS-CHA runs on the web (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) and as desktop apps for Windows and macOS and mobile apps for iOS and Android. The Free plan has no time limit, and the Standard plan is 550 JPY per user per month (tax included). TAS-CHA is developed and operated by Grand2 Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan) and hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the Tokyo region.
