Our property team have experience in dealing with all types and sizes of transactions, including buy-to-let and investment properties. Bandits - do not use

Bandits - took £400 from me to ensure completion of a house purchase before the stamp duty increase on 1st April, missed the deadline and still took the £400. Slagged off the seller's solicitor and blamed the seller for not submitting paperwork in time, however I know the seller personally and she confirmed this was not the case.

Superb team and excellent service

I have used HS twice recently, one for a property sale then a follow on purchase and I can honestly say the service from this company is absolutely top tier.

I had dealings with Amy, Joanne and Margaret - Nothing was a bother, they responded quickly to emails, were always a pleasure to speak to on the phone and quite simply made the process of buying and selling a property fluid and stress free, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend the team to anyone looking for a superb service from a conveyancing company, it's a shame they can only be awarded 5 stars as they were easily above that.

As first time buyers the team were always at hand to answer any queries we had. They dealt with the transaction professionally, and in a timely manner so our purchase progressed as smooth as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HS Conveyancing!
