Got referred by doctor due to painful right shoulder. On arrival I was greeted very professionally and explained in detail about the treatment. The treatment I received was very professional and benefited me greatly. I am now able to use my shoulder more freely and have a lot less pain in it. Overall the service and treatment I received was excellent.

Excellent physio sessions with Ummul, truly worked wonders on my neck/shoulder problem, has made a huge difference to my pain and movement. Always a calming experience too, Ummul is very professional, knowledgeable and has such a lovely persona!

I attended physio which was arranged by my insurance following a car accident. I was put at ease each visit and was given lots of exercises to help with my pains. I am not pain free after my sessions but pain has decreased a lot and I have an exercise plan for me to continue independently

Marij has been absolutely fantastic in helping my recovery. She is very thorough and explains each process for me and why she is doing it

I must say fantastic, start to finish everything explained and hows and whys covered.
I can now move so well and enjoying work and looking after myself to prevent being back to poor mobility

The experience was great for the past 7 weeks that I have been going, marij was the lady and treated my back and shoulder pain and now it’s completely gone, without her help I would still be struggling and I’m really happy with the experience.

I requested a physio referral from my GP due to significant worsening of persistent headaches that I was experiencing in case there was a mechanical issue that physio could address. I am extremely grateful that I got a same day appointment with the in house physio as I had expected to be referred to the local hospital & face several weeks waiting in persistent pain & to have to increase my regular medication as an interim measure. Ummal was fantastic in talking about my symptoms then did a thorough examination & some manipulation before giving me some exercises to do at home. I was so confident with her assessment that I agreed to hold off on increasing my medication & I’m so glad I did as I began to experience relief in only a few days. I saw Ummal for 4 follow up appointments, where she did further manipulations & muscle release techniques & gave me new exercises to do at home in response to changes in symptoms & gave me advice on posture & self management strategies. I am extremely impressed by her knowledge & efficiency & think she is a fantastic asset to have as part of the GP surgery. It is refreshing to have someone as responsive & patient centred & a blessing not to have needed to increase my medication. Thank you so much!
