Julie who served me was very helpful and polite. She explained about delivery when it would be and that it would be put together for me.

Welcome to an environment of no pressure selling , staff who know what they are talking about ,well laid out presentation of items , chairs and beds .A welcome coffee or tea and of course the odd biscuit . I can’t fault the staff , so willing and helpful ,from the entrance to the exit . Well done H L S chairs .I am waiting for delivery ,there will be a later update .

My mum-in-law wasn't looking forward to visiting the showroom, but Julie's knowledge, advice and the way she accommodated mum-in-law's additional needs made it a relaxed and easy experience. The range of chairs available to try was very good, and the information about the individual chairs, fabrics, pricing etc was clearly presented, with no pressure. Would highly recommend.

The ladies at HSL Bath were extremely helpful with the selection of the chairs and processing the order. We were kept informed throughout and the chairs arrived 4 working days after being ordered, which due to our circumstances was greatly appreciated

choose to purchase a chair from HSL as they had a showroom locally. Found a chair that was suitable and paid the price. However when the chair was delivered it was not the same height or width and was poorly made. The response of the "customer service" was almost dismissive but they did employ a different company to come out and they agreed the seat height was wrong. The company offered to "remake" the chair but we were not convinced they could provide what we needed. The only plus is they gave us a refund. When we showed photos of the chair to the local showroom staff they said it was "shoddy".

Personal attention given to us by your friendly shop assistant. We were never pressured. However, all questions were answered with professionalism and expert knowledge.
