HSL Chairs - Bathgate レビュー

Fiona from Bathgate brought a riser/recliner chair for my mum to trial at home which was such a benefit due to her mobility issues. She was friendly and professional and took time to explain and assist with testing the chair. We are now looking forward to taking delivery of the new chair at the beginning of next. Excellent service.

The service from the very beginning with FIONA, who arrived at my home with demo chairs and latterly with MARGARET (BATHGATE BRANCH) was excellent. I spent quite a while with MARGARET ensuring that my choice of chairs (2) and fabric was just right. I was also surprised when the fabric swatch arrived only a few days after I confirmed my order. So far so good. Keep up the good work

We visited your Bathgate branch last week. Carol gave us a warm welcome then immediately helped us with our choice of furniture. Carol offered us coffee/tea then left us to talk over the options. We left feeling extremely happy with our purchase and appreciated very much the help given by Carol. We look forward to the delivery of the furniture in around six weeks time. Thank you.

This is the second time recently where we've had representation from HSL. the last time was for a rise and recline chair and this time Fiona visited to show me the beds. I had more or less decided on the bed and Fiona explained all about the beds.
I was so impressed that I bought the bed straight away. We also talked about how the beds were made.
Great items and a great service

Excellent customer service. Staff very knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. Made our shopping experience choosing a suite seem so easy and stress free.
One very happy customer 🙂

Staff in the store. particularly Evelyn and Margaret were exceptional throughout.
From the very first minute we walked into the store until we placed our order their assistance was first class.
We were never put under any pressure to buy and their knowledge of the company's products was very helpful to ensure we made the correct choice for our needs

Would recommend your company 100%without any reservations>

The shop assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to choose a bed. The whole experience was very good

Visited the Bathgate branch last week and Evelyn was very helpful. She ensured my mother tried every chair and that it would be the most comfortable for her. She’s looking forward to receiving her chair in the near future.

I went into the Bathgate shop to explore the range of recliner chairs for my father-in-law who is in a care home. The lady was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I chose the most appropriate chair. The telephone call arranging a suitable date for him to test the chair was seamless, as was the attendance and trial thereafter. The delivery gentleman were friendly to my father-in- law and installed the chair, where it was best suited ,in his room. I would highly recommend this professional Company.

I wasn't pressured in to buying something.

Sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had previous experience of HSL and were happy to return for this instance. Still awaiting delivery so cannot comment at this stage on the item purchased.

Fiona and John were very helpful and showed me the 2 pieces of furniture which I was considering. At first I thought I wanted a fireside chair but I found the Burrows petite arm chair very comfortable and therefore placed an order for that. We also measured the sofa I am replacing and realised that I needed a 2 and a half sofa.

Home demonstration was efficiently arranged, helpful, informative and friendly. I look forward to receiving the selected chair, which was very comfortable, attractive and a good chosen colour.

What an amazing service by HSL to bring chairs to your home for you to try, thus ensuring you get the right chair for you.when you are unable to go to the showroom.
Fiona came to our home twice she was friendly, approachable, courteous and made the whole experience enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. We would recommend HSL very highly. We are very much.looking forward to receiving our new furniture in June.

Ordered the express delivery bed last Monday on the understanding that it would be delivered within 3 working days as stated on the website. A week later and 2 follow up calls to customer service still not even the courtesy of a call from the logistics team.

Trish in Bathgate office was very patient and helpful in finding the right chair for my 6ft 5in tall husband

Tracy was professional and thorough the purchasing process was straightforward. An added bonus was that my chair was delivered in 4 weeks earlier than the expected 6-8 week period. The delivery process was smooth.
