I went to the Blackpool branch, where I was greeted by Sue R, she was brilliant, explained the correct fit, posture, and comfort, no pressure to buy in fact I went back 2 days later, had another sit on the furniture, then I made my choice
Couldn’t praise them high enough

Friendly, well informed staff. Gave good advice and made the purchase of a chair we wanted very easy.

the salesman explained all about the company & how it works. he was not pushy in anyway. made sure we got the correct suite for us. gave us time & space to make our own minds up. his name was steve & he even gave us a brew.

Popped in to the Blackpool Branch so that my wife could choose a Dual Rise and Recline Chair with Headrest & Heat. Fantastic service from Steve and Janet. Their premises are much bigger than we expected so plenty of choice.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to experience friendly and professional service nothing was to much trouble. Would recommend hsl to everybody who needs new furniture thanks Sue r

Staff in showroom very knowledgeable and helpful,but not at all pushy.
Delivery on schedule,men very friendly and efficient,showed workings of recliner chair.

We took delivery of our suite from Ian & Paul and both were very professional and they assembled everything and took all the rubbish away.

Had to explain that my mum was in hospital, so needed an hours notice so I could meet them, Paul and Jon called me and gave me a time. They arrived at that time, brilliant, very pleasant and friendly guys ,quick efficient service very happy with the service.

the 2 guys who delivered my bed very professional got the bed up and running got rid of all the packaging both craig and phil were really nice i could not be happier with the service i received well done

We visited the Blackpool store and found the perfect chairs for us. We got a call a few weeks later advising that our chairs were ready for delivery. We agreed a date with an afternoon slot. Today was that day and Craig & Danny arrived after phoning us to say they were close by. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Our new chairs were brought into our lounge carefully and positioned where we directed. Craig & Danny were polite and Courteous whilst putting our new furniture together and positioning it accordingly. Appropriate advise was received about the care and attention to the new chairs. A cleaning kit was provided along with an introductory pack. We were also shown exactly how to use the new chairs.

On the whole HSL and their staff did an excellent job when serving us in shop and subsequently on the phone and finally with Craig and Danny when they delivered and set up our new chairs. It has made my day that I finally can easily get out of a chair without help from my husband. 10/10 for Craig & Danny from HSL.
