Julie is frequently consulted for independent advice by a wide range of clients throughout the UK and Europe. All our chairs, sofas and beds at HSL are approved by Julie Jennings. buying my chair

The staff at the showroom were very helpful. nothing was too much trouble. Whatever questions I had were answered well, no one worried if they had been asked the same question time and time again!! - they responded with patience and good information.
The whole process was first class including the delivery. Everyone kept me informed of expected date then confirmed day before. delivery man phoned on the day to say when he would arrive, he was early as traffic was light.
a very good experience.
I am v happy with my chair, thank you

Helpful advice and service

Craig proved to be very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, without rushing us to any decisions. Very pleased with his help in obtaining a discount to the final bill. We look forward to receiving our new chairs.

Good products, trouble free experience!

The Bristol shop staff were really helpful explaining various options and possibilities. There was a wide choice range to consider but we eventually selected a chair and 2 seated sofa. We had a budget but had to spend substantially more to get what we wanted. The only negative was the ordering process took a long time! Delivery times were 8-10 weeks, our chairs arrived 9 weeks in. The delivery guys Ashley and Cameron were really good. Polite and helpful they unpacked assembled each unit quickly. They explained operation again and the need to replace standby 9v batteries after 12 months. Thanks guys.

Excellent all round

We visited the HSL showroom in Bristol on Saturday and were greeted by a very pleasant and friendly lady called Hannah.
Hannah was kind and efficient, her product knowledge was excellent. We tried a number fireside chairs and recliner sofas and very much appreciated trying the different sizes of these. We did not feel pressured or rushed. Delivery is planned for 6 to 8 weeks. Thank you Hannah and HSL.

Found a chair that suits me, personally

Craig made us welcome from the outset, listened carefully to what I needed (I have a back problem), appraised the situation accurately and showed me the Helmsley Grande. After 2 hours spent sitting, looking at fabrics and chatting over a cup of tea and a biscuit, I was still comfortable and ordered the chair. A very pleasant experience all round.
