Good service. Knowable staff

Excellent customer service from Exeter HSL. Nothing was too much trouble.

The service we recieved was wonderful from Kelly and Rachel, very friendly and helpful, we are looking forward to getting our new sofa.The cup of tea went down a treat.

Nathan was very friendly and welcoming, listened to what I needed and started showing me different chairs. I wanted to be a Grand but I am just a standard 😕 🙃. Lyndsey made us a lovely cup of tea, while Nathan took us through everything, he left us alone so we could discuss what we were going to do. We have opted for the 12 months payment, this process was quick and easy.

The care, patience and obvious expertise of the assistant Rachel made our experience first class.

Called in to the Exeter branch during the week and was warmly greeted by Nathan, explained I would be coming back with my elderly father later on in the week.
This morning, we had a lovely buying experience with Kelly.
Nothing was too much trouble.
It was also great to know we were buying a British made chair.

Couldn't have been more helpful without being pushy. Staff kind and thoughtful and patient with fabric choices. Also offered tea or coffee and biscuits. Great place to shop.

Having looked for a new armchair for months, it was a pleasure to shop at HSL in Exeter. The choice was excellent, we were offered tea or coffee and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Kelly spent a long time helping with the choice and style of chair; the fabric choice was extremely good and with Kelly's excellent help a new armchair was bought.

Nathan was very helpful and polite ,great customer service

Hi there Stuart here.

I bought a brand spanking new Aysgarth chair some considerable time ago and decided to upgrade the current two seater sofa a short while ago as this current (also the Aysgarth two seater sofa) is well past its prime and with no legal fire resistance label) Those two items will be in use soon. The quality of the chair is second to none and cannot wait to get the sofa. The chair is in Capri Plum fabric and the sofa is in Opulence Blue.

Both are fitted with glides and no knuckles. Haven't tried the chair yet as it's covered by the corresponding colour bedsheet as will the sofa when it arrives in seven weeks.

Thank you very much for your service. It too, is second to none.

I had lost my husband last week, so we just popped in to look to see what chairs you had. The girls were so lovely so helpful that I purchased chair extra fabric and I couldn’t have asked for nicer girls. They were so polite to me and my daughter, it was much appreciated. I went in today to pay for the rest of the chair and they were exactly the same lovely girls, caring and helpful. That is at the Exeter branch in Devon.

Good quality furniture, very helpful staff who understood the needs of their customers.

Never felt hurried or pressurised into making a decision. The 25% discount in the sale helped me focus on making a choice while the sale was running.
