HSL Chairs - Formby レビュー 

I have been very impressed with the customer service so far. I was able to try a wide range of chairs and was given detailed information about all of them. Once a chair was chosen, I was able to try it out and was given a lovely cup of tea and some biscuits.

My order isn’t due to arrive until Oct/Nov but the chair tested in the showroom was high quality and comfortable. The lady attending to us was very friendly, professional and courteous.

This is the 2nd time we have used HSL. Customer service & communication is 5*. Delivery & installation was easy & done with care & on time by Paul & Jun.

Great premises. Very helpful and knowledgeable lady staff member. Desired chair in stock for us to see. Everything discussed in a quiet unhurried manner. We decided to purchase there and then. Experience could not have been better.

Friendly greeting on arrival from Karen. Given plenty of time to try out chairs. Liked not being rushed into make a decision. Very good information given regarding different aspects of chairs enabling an informed decision re purchase. Would definitely recommend.
Enjoyed coffee and biscuits while sitting in chair. Delighted that disabled toilet is also available.

As soon as my friend and I walked through the door we were greeted by two friendly, welcoming staff. I explained I was looking for a bed and we were taken to the bed area. We were sat down in armchairs and given a lovely coffee and biscuits to enjoy whilst the beds were demoed. Then I tried beds out. At no point did I feel pressured into hurrying or making a decision. I decided on a bed and it was delivered and installed five days later by very polite, friendly staff. I am now getting a proper night's sleep.
Added bonus, there is customer parking right outside the shop door!

Outstanding service from Jenny and Sue at the Formby branch. They were friendly and informative and went above and beyond to ensure we found the right sofa and chairs for our needs. The showroom was spotless and a pleasure to browse. Highly recommended.

Visited Formby shop on three occasions.Every time and every member of staff was professional, informative and friendly.They spentime discussing every aspect of my proposed purchase.Karen emailed me further details and sent out fabric swatches which helped greatly. Purchased an Ercol Kimble settee and all three staff came together to guide me through the finance paperwork . Well done to all the staff I was lucky enough to meet and to reassure Karen next time I will have a cuppa with the friendliest team I have ever met.Well done to the staff at Formby.Cheers Paul x

The staff in the Formby store were very helpful as were the two delivery men Lee and Carl. We would certainly use HSL again.

This was our second purchase. This time we bought a 3 seater settee. The shop staff were very knowledgeable and kind. The delivery men, Alex & Shane were very pleasant, efficient and quick. The only downside is that we had to wait 10 weeks for delivery, but the chairs are made with your choice of material.

An excellent experience. I went looking for a recliner armchair that would properly support my back after being diagnosed with Lumbar radiculopathy. We were assisted by Louisa who was very helpful, explaining all the options available and I was able to try different sized armchairs, discovering I need a ‘Petite’ chair to properly support my back. Both Louisa and her colleague were very helpful & friendly.

A slight hiccup on delivery but it turned out OK in the end. I could not fault the shop staff or the delivery men.

Lee & Graham who delivered and assembled the sofa and chair arrived when expected and made an excellent job of assembling it. They were polite and knowledgeable.
