HSL Chairs - Glasgow レビュー

Although I was prepared in my head for looking at armchairs that best suited my and my husbands needs I felt quite overwhelmed initially. It was a big step for us. There was a great selection of chairs and we were taken through the choices by Marlene. She assessed our needs as we came in and steered us towards the chair we eventually bought. My daughter said she could see the relief on my face when I first sat down. For me the feeling of relief and being cocooned in the chair is something I have never felt before. Once we had made the decision Marlene went through the process of the chair being made for us and then delivered.
Marlene was very caring and understanding of our needs as well as being very efficient in outlining the choices of covers and discussing delivery.

Natasha made our experience of buying the chair we wanted a pleasant one. She was very informative and focused on helping us to us to come to a good decision.

The sales rep, Natasha, was extremely informative and helpful

Thanks to Marlene in the Glasgow office for all her assistance in purchase of new bed for mum. No high pressure sales and allowed mum lots of time to try getting in and out of the bed and using the controls. Looking forward to delivery of her lovely new bed

no hassle , no hard sell explained every thing, delivered when said person went through all the points was very cheerful. Delivery was perfect the driver brought the chair in and set everything up and explained how it worked could not have been more helpful.

Our experience with HSL was 5* this was all because our Comfort Sales Specialist Natasha was very pleasant helpful and was also very knowledgeable about the products . We can’t thank her enough . Our purchase was excellent quality and would definitely recommend

We bought a reclining leather chair from HSL Anniesland Glasgow for my mum. The staff were so helpful and friendly and took the time to through a number of products that were available for a quick delivery. A speedy delivery was organised by Natasha the manager and Russell was kind enough deliver the chair to my mum’s home, ensuring that it was set up and ready for use. He also spent time going through how it operated etc. we could not ask for better customer care. I popped back in for a leather cleaning kit today and again, the staff were happy to assist. I even got offered a cup of tea! Highly recommend this branch of HSL.

The showroom was clean, light, well set out, and attractive.
We were warmly welcomed by Daniel, who gave us his undivided attention for the duration of our visit. He gave us time to look around on our own, but was on hand to answer our questions. Daniel pointed out the features of each product we were interested in and explained the options available. His product knowledge was excellent, and he calculated the cost of various options quickly and efficiently.. We were very happy with our final selection. Daniel processed the paperwork and payment, with the same speed and efficiency, and detailed the next steps.
We were very pleased with our visit to HSL Glasgow; both the quality of the sofas we purchased, and the excellent service from Daniel.

We had received delivery of an aysgarth chair two weeks ago and we're so pleased with it decided to get another. We phoned the Glasgow store and got Daniel whom we knew from our previous purchase and he was able to order us another . As always he was professional and friendly and we had the reorder completed no bother at all. Great store and fantastic staff. Looking forward to new chair arriving in six weeks. Highly recommend.

I visited the shop in Knightswood, Glasgow to ask about a sofa for my Mum. Jacqueline who served me was professional, knowledgeable about the products and very good at listening to what I need.

They were very helpful from the moment we arrived on the premises
Nothing was to much for them

Jacqueline, Marlene and their manageress Natasha treated us very well on our two visits to the Glasgow store. They were very helpful about us making the right choice and nothing was too much trouble to them. They were very knowledgeable about their products. There was absolutely no sales pressure or attempt to promote a particular item making it a relaxing experience.

We received delivery of my wife's Aysgarth riser recliner two weeks ago and she is absolutely delighted with it, so much so I phoned the Glasgow branch today and spoke to Daniel and ordered another for myself as like my wife I suffer from arthritic knees. Daniel was as always highly professional and friendly, took my order and we are now waiting eagerly for delivery of the new chair. Highly recommend this shop and the quality of the chairs. You won't be disappointed.

Marlene, Glasgow, was friendly and welcoming. She was knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice. We felt we were able to take out time to select the best chair for our elderly mother. Also given a very welcome cup of tea and biscuits - allowing us to sample the chairs for longer. Very pleasant and satisfactory experience.

A lovely experience from start to finish. Excellent customer care and service from showing us the various chairs sizes, materials and wood choices. While we were sitting trying the chairs we were treated to a welcome cup of tea and biscuits. Looking forward to receiving our beautiful chairs.
