HSL Chairs - Prestwich レビュー 

Bought 2 Stressless chairs from HSL. Very good experience - delivered a little ahead of schedule. Excellent quality furniture, very attentive and knowledgeable staff in Prestwich showroom. The delivery team, Alex and Adi were very friendly, very careful and thoughtful and showed us how to work the recline mechanism before they left. Second pair of Stressless chairs we have purchased - outstanding comfort and quality.

Ordered my new chair in July arrived today at the exact time the delivery team said Craig and Lee delivered my chair explained everything and sat in my new chair within 10 mins of delivery can't praise this company enough

Asma of the Prestwich branch was very helpful and polite.
Explained everything and gave us cover samples to take home.
It was a good experience when buying the furniture.

Val and Asma did a bang up job delivering our HSL couch up to the second floor. The dual recliner is no easy task to lift and assemble, but they got it done in good time and even helped putting it in a couple places so that we could finalize the placement.

First of all great that there was a car park.
We went into the showroom & we were greeted by Asma & we told her that we were looking for an ejector seat. She went on to show my husband a chair & explained how it worked & showed him how to use the control. She offered us tea or coffee.
He then tried a couple more chairs. All were really lovely.
Then we moved round to a new set of chairs & again he was shown how to use the control. He was advised on how to sit & make it right for himself.
We were also joined by Becca who helped in advising.
We settled on a chair & a settee to match in beautiful leather - really soft.
We were made to feel really valued & they wanted us to get what was right for us.
The manager too was really pleasant- also offering us a tea or coffee.
Overall a really enjoyable way of spending money.

Had a very good relaxed experience, no pressure but very helpful experience. This was at prestwich in Manchester. Gail and Becca helped to decide on rise and recline chair a settee over a coffee and biscuits.

Fantastic service from the staff in our local store, kept up to date on delivery and driver arrived on time. Chair carefully carried into our lounge, the guy was very professional and friendly. Absolutely delighted with my purchase.

The people in the shop in Prestwich were really good. We dealt mainly with Asma. Nothing was too much trouble. I could have stayed there all day if I’d wanted to! I kept changing but that was ok too! Didn’t rush me at all.
Just looking forward to my chair arriving now.

Had a delivery this morning by Paul D and Jon. rang 25 minutes before arrival as promised. Friendly , professional and did a good job of showing and explaining how the chair works. They moved the old furniture to where we asked. Made sure we were happy with everything Great experience

Good service and staff

The service was exceptional by the man dealing with us in taking the time to listen to our needs and expectations. There was no pushy selling at all. The gentleman gave us all of the information and confidence initially to go away and make an informed decision. On returning to order, again the personal service was excellent and the atmosphere relaxed. The whole process was explained ensuring that we were clear about time scales and what would happen next in the process as well as cooling off periods.

Visited the Prestwich showroom in the North of the Greater Manchester area on Easter Monday with my wife, it is very conveniently located just a short distance from junction 17 of the M60.
Convenient designated parking area at the rear of store which is a great idea, with full wheelchair access via ramp.
My wife had previously purchased a chair from HSL about five years ago and remained absolutely delighted with it construction, comfort and reliability so based on her recommendation I decided to purchase a chair for myself, not just for the present but as an investment for the future.
Made to feel very welcome by Val and Asma the two members of staff, both have an impressive product knowledge and were very amenable.
Always felt they had a true interest in the individuals needs/requirements and never felt any sales pressure.
Left feeling we had received good service and would recommend HSL without reservation
