AVOID THIS FIRM!

If you are directed to this firm through the CourtNav System. Avoid this firm! They will not respond in a timely manner. They will only ever contact you back 80% time if they want money.

Even after a completed court case they will still try and charge you extra on cases. You file complaints and they ignore it. No response unless it's to their favour.

Rachael Saunders has been very helpful and is keeping us up to date with everything.

I love the story and the characters you can play, the gacha system is merciful however I can't play anymore due to the lack or storage on apps so I hope it's released on xbox like genshin and zzz

The firm handled the conveyancing for my first home purchase and overall provided a reliable and efficient service. Communication from Emma was always very quick and she dealt with matters promptly. I’d also like to highlight the excellent support from Kori and Carla. They were warm and responsive. I really appreciated the professionalism from Kori and her explanation of documents without the legal jargon. Thankyou !

We have used HSR Law for our last 5 conveyancing moves and have always found the whole team to be very professional and polite. We use Rachel Hailstone and Kelly Boulton - what a team!! They are proactive chasing other solicitors. Prompt at replying to our communication. Caring when we are stressed out and great at putting you at ease. We always find them to be one step ahead of all of the others in the chain. Great work ladies. We would never use anyone else and would highly recommend them.

HSRlaw and their forebears have been our family solicitors for almost 50 years. In all this time I have always found them conscientious, totally reliable and caring.

Mexborough branch. So rude. Phoned to simply ask a question and was spoken over and then put the phone down. Learn how the speak to people. Would never use your company in the future just based on that one conversation.

No contact,delays,excuses,...I had to pull out and use somebody else.Just not recommended at all.Beware

I have dealt with Rachel Hailstone and her team at the Epworth branch for multiple property purchases and sales and have to say they are amazing! They are knowledgeable, prompt and polite with great communication throughout. Keep up the good work!

Yeah , plenty of communication kept us informed through the process ,stressful as it is. No complaints really . Would we use again ? Probably yes although I certainly wouldn't want to go through buying a house again drip feed stress🙁

My mortgage advisor used these solicitors for years due to working with a certain colleague for years whom unfortunately retired he referred all his clients here.

I continued to use this solicitors anyway with the change of who was dealing with the purchase of my first home.

I had the complete and utter pleasure of Rachel Hailstone, fabulously, unprofessional and exactly what you don't require from the excitement of buying a home.

Not only does anything take forever to be chased up or completed but you also get the delight of the estate agent and the solicitor slagging you and your mortgage advisor off in emails but copying you into the conversation for calling them out on issues they had caused and then continue to lie! All in all embarrassing to be completely honest.

In short and simple terms as I could go on... do not waste your money, time or effort unless you want your house to take years or even not go through at all.

So great in fact my mortgage advisor changed solicitors after years of using them to another company Sutherland and Co Law who are absolutely fabulous!

HSR Law have just acted for us in the purchase of our house and I could not be happier with the service provided. Alison has been fantastic from start to finish! We recently purchased our home through HSR Laws conveyance section. We were dealt with through Louise Allardyce who was very efficient. We had no problems and our purchase could not have gone through any quicker.
I returned too HSR Law because I had previously dealt with their legal side through Louise Rudkin who was also very efficient.

We are really grateful to HSR law for dealing with my mother's estate. Mum passed away just before the first Covid lock down, as my brother and I lived in different parts of the country and we were not able to travel at that time, HSR dealt with the sale of mums property, visiting it weekly as it was empty at that time which was a relief and they kept us up to date with proceedings and all was concluded satisfactorily. I would recommend HSR law.

Found Asif and the team at HSR Gainsborough to be spot on. Asif guided me through the process and was always at hand for questions and updates etc. very good.

Purchase & sale completed in September with the expertise of Amy, Alison & Louise at HSR Law. They have been great. The purchase wasn't a smooth process due to unforeseen circumstances, but HSR Law kept us in the loop and made sure we understood what was happening.
