My apologies for any building work taking place at the site and the inconvenience this caused. Regarding your comments around the trainer's vocabulary with the delegates, these will be passed to our Operations Department for constructive feedback - hope you enjoyed the content nonetheless.

The PASMA course is a must have for contractors that need to work at height for prolonged periods of time, where a MEWP would be unsuitable

Thanks for leaving a review and sorry to hear the equipment hire didn't go smoothly!

Unfortunately here at HSS Training we do only offer training courses - however due to our strong links with the Proservice Marketplace, we can usually put you in touch with someone who can help with hire. We will do our best to support along the way where a customer is renting in for one of our courses!

Thanks for leaving a review and congratulations on passing your recent PASMA course with us.

Firstly thankyou for the positive feedback around the training and we're really pleased you enjoyed it, I will be sure to pass the feedback to the trainer.

Regarding certificates, these can take up to 28 working days however are often much quicker - I can see your application is in process and we are awaiting the return from PASMA currently, so the wait shouldn't be long at all.

I will speak to our Admin team for an update and get back to you shortly - and hope to see you again soon.
