They were super helpful and made everything as easy as it could’ve possibly been! We arrived at their stable to do the TRACES vet check and within 30 minutes we were on the road again!!! Would definitely recommend and would do again :)

The whole process was made so much easier through Eldon, despite the issues with importing horses from the EU
He arrived, happy and well in the afternoon, which makes a change from the middle of the night!
Highly recommend and will use again.

First of all, the communication that they keep up with the client is beyond excellent. They go above and beyond to take care of the horses, and the people who are worried about them, because they are now separated from them. The facilities are kept in perfect condition and cleanliness, and the horses are so well cared for the trucks and trailers are beyond compare the best I’ve ever seen across the globe. I only have a good things to say about this company, and I’m thrilled to have my horse in their care.

Grand professionnalisme, très réactif à tous les niveaux, et très bons échanges avec tout le personnel pour l’organisation de cette expédition de 24 équidés.
Et le must : des poneys/chevaux qui voyagent avec des chauffeurs expérimentés et chaleureux, dans des camions très propres et au confort 5 étoiles ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Ne cherchez plus un transporteur pour vos chevaux, HTair est le meilleur.

Je suis très contente de HT air,
Mon cheval a très bien voyagé lors de son allé et retour en Angleterre depuis la France.
Le transport a été rapide et tout les papiers ont été très bien pris en charge.
L’équipe est tres compétente et aimable.

Excellent communication throughout and very efficient service

HTAIR took care of the formalities and the transport of our daughter's pony from France to England and back. Our contact Eldon was fantastic. The transit stable was impeccable, the VL too and the driver very professional.
This summer we will use HTAIR again to transport several ponies from France to England.

I used HT Air to move two horses and the service was five star from the initial phone call to after the horses were delivered.
The driver handled the horses very well.
The price was extremely good compared to others. The communication was excellent.
I have would highly recommend.
