As always great service from Hard To Find Whisky, very good prices and excellent packaging. Not a bad thing to say about any purchases that I have made with this company.

Ordered Ralfy's North Star 11 yo bottling and after a week it arrived safe and sound to Bucharest, Romania. Learning about the positive experience some of my whisky friends in UK had with the guys at HTFW, I took their punt and I'm glad I did. Reliable staff, quick response to messages, bottle expertly packed, happy client. This is my first purchase, but certainly not the last.

Great packaging, quick shipment (3 business days to germany). Really a good place to find rare whisky.

So i buy whisky quite often from you, your service is 2nd to none, however the courier DPD that you use are totally incompetent.
My parcel is often left well away from our premises and this last delivery had a one hour window between 3.30 and 4.30pm. Having sat at the door waiting until 5.15 i had a call from a neighbouring company that the parcel was left outside a derelict building in the rain. So i drove back to find a person ready to abscond with 10 bottles of my/your Whisky…..

Carefully wrapped, quickly shipped, taxes and customs fees smoothly paid for online. So easy. That’s about as good as an online purchase experience gets, especially bringing spirits into Canada who never make it easy for the private buyer.
