Upon reviewing your issue, we identified that you were entering incorrect login credentials, which we communicated to you along with a guide to help resolve the issue.
We verified that your VPS was fully functional by logging in ourselves and even provided you with a screenshot as proof.
2. Our Efforts to Assist:
To further assist, we simplified your password for easier access.
Despite multiple attempts to provide direct support, you have not responded to our efforts.
3. Refund Policy:
Your request for a refund was denied because your VPS is functioning correctly, and your issue was due to user error.
